East Of Chicago Pizza Company — Restaurant in Marietta

We like going here to eat. How ever for a buffet gratuity shouldn't be automatically charged. We was unaware of this when I asked the person at register person got a attitude and kept pointing behind them. I asked what he was pointing at and he said it's posted right here. Has been for 10 years. They sign says for party's 10 or more will be changed a 15% gratuity. I said well we are party of 9 and you charged us 20% gratuity. He said you are really going to make a big deal out of one person. I said yes I am. But how ever they did drop the gratuity down to 15%. A tip is earned on performance etc. If waiter or waitress doesn't do their job well they don't deserve a big tip, and it should be left up to the people paying the bill. Yes we was a party of 9 and we was all paying separately. But they put the bill all together and cashier has to separate it. Bottom line is customer should have the right to choose the tip. Also I like leaving tip in cash not credit card. Next time we will sit closely together but not as a party. I made an online order at 5:51pm,the confirmation said the delivery would be between 6:30-6:50pm. At 6:56pm I called to check on my order and was told it was in route, called back at 7:08pm and was told that the delivery driver had 2 other deliveries and that I was probably last, also stated that she left 40 minutes ago with these orders. I have lived in Marietta Ohio all of my life and it does not take 40 minutes to go to 3 different places even if they are on opposite sides of town. This place is very hard to rate. The first time we ate there it was good for the price. The next time it was below par. Our last time eating there, the salad had a lot of wilted lettuce starting to turn brown. It was slow and the pizzas that were on the bar had been there for a while. They only put out 1 new pizza the entire time and the others weren't what we eat, peppers etc and just didn't look good. Instead of asking us if there was a certain kind we liked since we were the only table in there, we were left with junk that should have probably been thrown out by the time we arrived.
