At approximately 8:15 pm, on June 5th, 2022; my fiance and I, who both just love Fazoli's on occasion, drove to the Marion Illinois Fazoli's location, drive up window, to order 2 Lasagna meals.
We were given ample time to look at the menu, placed our order successfully, and then pulled up behind only two vehicles who were currently in line waiting for their order in front of us.
In all sincere honesty, we have no idea how long they had been already waiting for their order; but after a few minutes, it was more than obvious, to the most casual of observers, that they were NOT, going to wait another second!
The driver of the middle aged group of men in their truck, rolled down the window, and very kindly asked, if I would back up just enough to let them out ?
I kindly accommodated them; they kindly thanked me, then burnt rubber leaving, as they were definitely outraged by the purely unacceptable wait time they had already lost!
It is imperative that I note... these were men in their mid 40's. Not kids...
We then pulled up behind the car, they had been waiting on, at 8:27pm.
We were in the process of going through the same, failure in operational Public Relations; that the previous customer had just furiously experienced, whenever we spotted Long John Silver's across the street!
Meanwhile, back at the Ranch... another car had ordered, and pinned us in.
I rolled my window down, motioned to the car behind us, and asked him to let us out.
He did.... and with a smile on my face, I quickly gave him the rundown, and wished him good luck, as we maneuvered our way to Long John Silver's!
Fazoli's in Marion Illinois,...
Read moreI was driving across the country and stopped by here to have some "chicago" Pizza. I asked the person behind the register if the pizza is big and he said, "its pretty big" and showed me with his hands. I asked him again if its like a regular slice and he said yes. 10 minutes later when I got my pizza, they were they smallest slices I have ever seen in my life.
I honestly thought it was an April fools joke. I told him that the pizza is so small and he said sorry and didn't offer to replace it with something else...
I never ask for replacement food because I don't want my food spat on or something, but the point is this was TERRIBLE. I'm sure the other food may be good, but the way this goofball 17 year old kid represented the store was terrible. He even locked the door before I finished eating my food and was still inside. The girl who probably works there but was off the clock was nice though.
If you're looking for pizza, go somewhere else because it didn't even taste good. It reminded me of public school pizza or something that's not even made at the restaurant. For 8 or so bucks? Kidding me?...
Yeah, not coming here...
Read moreWas just at your restaurant today and attempted to make an order of two baked spaghettis and a classic sampler with a coupon for the classic sampler and a coupon for 6 free breadsticks.
Was told by the drive thru person, in a rather snarky fashion, that they could not take two coupons on one order....so we wleft the drive thru and went home.
I then called the manager and was told that there was nothing that could be done, even with the attitude of the drive thru personel.
My mother was the one trying do the purchase and she left quite upset at how she was talked to and has said she will not be back.
You would think with the time we live in that a little leeway could be given in situations such as this, given she was ordering for her and her husband at home.
I understand you cant do for everyone, but you cant make an exception in one case...
