Rally's — Restaurant in Marion

Friday , May 11,2018 I went to Rally's Marion, In at 7:20 pm and ordered 2 double Barbeque Bacon Combos, the girl tells me oh wait a minute, I said ok, she comes back and says Would you like to try a Big Buford combo, I said no I want 2 Double Barbeque Bacon Combos with coke, she says ok that will be $1704, I said what is the $17.04 for she said they are $7.04 each , I said well it says $5.99 each for the double on the menu board, she says go ahead and drive up . when I get to the window she makes my cokes and hands them to me, then diddles around and finally hands me a sack. when I get home I have 2 double rally burgers and 2 diet cokes. I wanted to take them back, but my great nephew was very hungry and so we just ate them, and threw the cokes away, because we do not use the diet sugar drinks. I will not return to Rallys in Marion, In where I live, it used to be great, but lately there is always a problem. Also received small fries, and no straws!!!! Whoever owns the Marion franchise really needs to read the reviews for their store and follow up with their employees, a lot of bad...

Was here on Saturday and ordered my food was cautious as I had had issues at quite a few other places not getting my order right and having not stopped here before. The young lady that took my order was very polite and answered my question to verify what came on the sandwich I wanted. Within about 5 min after walking in and waiting for her to finish with a drive through order and taking my order, I had my 2 sandwiches and my half pound fry/ chicken box and was on my way back out to my truck. I checked my order and it was correct! Can't say how pleased I was that it was good fresh food and made right. I love rally's food and get it when I am around 1 since prices are not out the roof like some place's. Wish I could remember what time I was there so the young lady that was working the drive through and window for walk in customers and the crew could be told a big thanks from me but not 100% sure on time other then afternoon. My only complaint and it's not about the store, is please bring back the mushroom and Swiss sandwiches, for their price it was usually what I would get and get least...

Garbage.. We drove an hour to have the worst meal EVER! IF the workers turned their music down they may have been able to hear our order. We pulled up to the window to see it covered in nastiness. With the health concerns going on now why are the employees not cleaning? Our two drinks were to be diet and only one was. So then our fries tasted like an old cold dead fish which was unacceptable! Just because you have a fish sale doesnt mean everyone wants to eat it! We wouldn't have minded waiting the extra time, but the end result was not worth the $22 we spent.
