Update to review below. Reply by the "owner" was bogus. I called the number and asked the rep to help and both times was sent to a generic automated customer service center that was not equipped to handle this type of problem. I told the rep this would not help but he did it both times. TCC Verizon offers NO support which is unparalleled in my experience. Not one person willing to help. Just a bunch of people who ignore you or pass it off. Literally the most frustrating customer service experience in my lifetime. Congrats.
Beware of FALSE information. We went in to upgrade one of our phones several months ago and were told the Iphone SE would not cost anything on our plan. ZERO dollars per month due to a promotion, according to the young lady. I asked if she had any other promotions and was told after she looked on her computer that I could get an A51 for no monthly cost due to a similar promotion. I questioned this at the time but she assured us that was the case. She said it would take about 2-3 months to work it's way out after the credits kicked in. Well, 4 months later we were getting charged for BOTH phones. I called Verizon corporate and they said there's nothing they can do and I had to go through the store.    Read moreCome in and start new phone service. Get told to bring old phone back to get 800 dollar credit. Erase everything and bring the phone back few days later. Tell the guy it was for Whitney like she asked me to. He called her immediately and wrote my name/number on sticky note. Now here it is 1.5 months later when I should be seeing my bill credit. Verizon customer service tells me they don't show I traded a phone. Finally tracked down Whitney yesterday to ask where my phone or credit is at. She recognized the situation. She remembered the guy calling to tell her I was dropping phone off for her. I then get asked if I remember the guy who accepted my phone so she can track phone down. She was gonna check schedule/safe and call me back in 1 hour. 2 hours later no call so I called back. She hadn't forgot about me and would call me before she left for the day. Did she call? Nope! 1.5 months later they haven't even began the process. Meanwhile, my 110 bill is gonna be 150 until whenever this company decides to do what it said would do. 2 more months? Do they even know where my cell phone is at? How long until I can catch Whitney at that store again to solve this?...
