After Dark — Local services in Marion

I went in looking for some accessories for a last minute Halloween costume for work. The woman there was so sweet & helpful. I heard her assisting an older man with more intimate things and she did everything she could to help him and also make him feel comfortable to ask any and all questions. She's very educated on their product but also, just a sweet soul willing to help her customers. When it was my turn, she helped me comb through the store looking for accessories and when we realized she didn't have what I needed, she made local recommendations so I could hopefully find them elsewhere.... now that's good customer service! She knew she didn't have what I needed at her store BUT that didn't stop her from helping me! ❤️

Marion store manager is very condescending, if you ask too many questions she begins to get short and gives a vibe of being bothered because you're simply asking about a product you may know nothing about. I had issues getting a new product to charge and I get told she can't make it simpler and that it worked when I left.. which was never the issue in question. Terrible customer service. If you see an SUV there, don't bother shopping because she will just be rude to you as well. As the only adult novelty store in Marion this is the only option for those adult novelty items one might desire. The place has not been updated in many many years and it shows.
