Awful attitudes and service all around. Made the request 3x for no sour cream (with confirmation from cashier) and they still loaded my food up with sour cream. Not an average, rational amount either, an obnoxious, sour-cream-oozing-out-of-every-item amount of sour cream. My boyfriend always gets sick any time he ingests sour cream, so to be safe he doesnt eat sour cream. Called to complain, and they have the same response every time (this continues to be an ongoing issue from this store) that theyll replace the food if we come back. No apology and proceeds to catch an attitude with us "Well im looking at your order and theres no modifiers on it" like its our fault that our order wasnt documented correctly.
But the thing is, customers shouldnt have to get back out at 11pm at night because employees cant be bothered to fulfill orders correctly in the first place. It could be understandable if this was a one, maybe two time thing. But the continual lack of care and effort from this store is extremely disappointing. Heaven forbid someone come through with an allergy and the carelessness that continues to be an issue results in someone being hospitalized or dying. This store seriously needs to be under new management with people who actually care about customer service...
Read moreIn there feels every time I come to Taco Bell you guys screw everything up I ordered the simplest thing there was I ordered a family pack of Hartselle Taco Supremes and you guys couldn't get that right you couldn't get the family pack right you guys gave me a bunch of soft shell tacos and then you gave me somebody else's order and when I tried to give you back there order you refuse to accept it and that was after sitting in drive-thru for almost 30 minutes I go into Taco Bell 3 days before that trying to get a job and I stand in the lobby for $37 minutes while everybody's sitting in the back line with her phone on got one employee cussing out a customer you got a manager cussing out an employee and all of this is I'm listening to all of this they seen me come in they didn't know I was coming for a job they did not greet me they did not ask me if they could take my order they did nothing and this is the Taco Bell in Marion Indiana on North Baldwin and on South Western the North Baldwin store told me they wouldn't replace my order because they didn't have a manager working they didn't have manager on shift and their district manager was so busy that she wouldn't be able to make it in for a couple of weeks in order to...
Read moreSpent 30 minutes waiting to order food, get told it's gonna be at least another 20 minutes to get food. Wait 30 minutes just to pay for food. Then wait another 10 minutes to get food. You would think that if they are going to make you wait over a hour they would get food done right. Seasoned rice was cold and bland. I ordered 2 chalupas and 1 soft taco. All three were cold. Literally cold, not even slightly warm. This location has issues frequently with being very slow but if your going to make customers wait over a hour at least make the food right and get it warm. My friend got a burrito and even it was very sloppily made, sour pooled at one end of burrito and bean sauce on the outside. And to make matters worse this location has a very badly designed parking lot. Don't want to wait too bad because once your in line you can't get out. Save yourself the trouble and sickness you probably will get eating here. I'm gonna drive another 10 minutes to another location from now on since this location either can't train staff correctly or they just don't care...
