This Papa John's is terrible. My family moved to Gas City and we drive 40 min round trip just to get Papa Johns in Marion because it's the closest location now and we used to love Papa John's. But 2 of the three times we have been treated terribly. The first time was ok (just ok), but the second and third time were just awful. The second time we showed up when we were told our pizza would be ready but our cheese sticks were missing from our order. We were told that it would be a while to get them because they were busy. We should have been first because rest of our order was ready and it was their fault that our cheese sticks weren't. But instead we had to wait 20 minutes for them and by that time our pizza was old and we were pretty much told 'too bad'. The third time they forgot not only our free garlic sauce but the 2 extra that we ordered also. We didn't notice until we got home and when we called we were transferred to some girl who pretended to be the manager for a while telling me that there was nothing she could do unless I drove back to the store for a $1.20 refund because she wasn't able to refund my card without me there, but she could not reimburse me for the 40 minutes or the gas that I'd be wasting driving there. Then when I kept suggesting different things like sending a driver out with my refund and other sensible solutions that she just didn't want to deal with, she asked if I wanted to talk to the manager!!! I asked her why she told me she was the manager of she wasn't and she denied ever saying that even though that's how she had answered the phone after the original girl who answered put me on hold. Anyway I took the number she gave me for the location manager which turned out to be a fake. At that point I just gave up. Obviously they don't care about us as customers and that's their loss since had they treated us with respect we probably would have been ordering from them once a week. We like Papa John's. But this franchise, even if we lived right next door, just isn't be worth...
Read moreWORST PAPA JOHN'S EVER. Ordered 11/05/22 delivery, 2 pizzas 1 papadia. Arrives looking smashed or dropped. Manager or someone emails me and tells me my order will be replaced for free but to call the store to get order placed for free. Call the store 11/21/22 for replacement order at 5:59pm. Put on hold to be transferred to "front office" for my "credit". After 10 minutes waiting, I hang up and call again. 6:11pm, they don't confirm address but say order will be there in about 45 minutes. 7:10pm, I call to find out where the order is, I am told it just went out the door. 7:38pm I receive a text saying they have low blood sugar, had to stop for a drink. I get it, I'm diabetic. 7:42pm pizza shows up. It's barely warm and we're missing ranch dip. I call the store back and they offer to send the ranch back out. I asked if they could send someone else because her blood sugar was low. They proceed to tell me DoorDash delivered the order, almost as if it were a question. This whole experience makes us never want to return. On top of that, it'll be another 30+ for ranch, with only 1 delivery "ahead of me"! It's now been 2 hours total for this order.
The order before this one was placed as delivery, then found out delivery was 2 to 2.5 hours. We called to change it to pick-up. Our card was still charged for delivery. Same price for pick-up as it was for delivery but they claim they didn't charge us for delivery. Can't make it make sense.
We won't...

I ordered a pizza, the guy didn't know the price, he walked around the facility asking people what the price of the pizza was, I had to wait & watch this guy walk around asking the price. Once the pizza was made, they never called or texted me, the guy asked me for my phone number, but never used it. I left the facility thinking they got my order right, a mile down the road I realized they never gave me my soda pop, I had to make a U-turn & go back. When I got there I saw the guy standing behind the counter & asked the guy "You forgot my soda, can I have my Mug rootbear?" He kept playing with his phone. I asked multiple times, getting louder, he never heard me, I finally went around the counter myself & grabbed my rootbeer by myself & just as I was leaving his co-worker alerted him I was there & they both realized what I was doing & he ended up apologizing, "Oh, I'm sorry sir!" - I'm sorry too, for walking into your establishment & interrupting you playing with your phone, I will NEVER go in there & interrupt them with my patronage. Papa John would be...
