Not happy. Have never been unhappy with a Starbucks, but this one took the cake. They were so busy inside and in the drive thru, but we chose to go thru drive thru anyways. We were about an hour from home so I got a venti. Went to ups then drove towards home and my coffee was cooling. It was about half gone so I shook the cup to mix the flavor around and I heard something in the cup. Took off the lid and something plastic long with an opening on both ends was in my cup. I immediately turned around and went back. Had to wait for a manager, they really didn't act like it was a problem that a piece of their foam cream machine fell off in my cup. Though they "looked everywhere for it". I said that is disgusting because watching the girl she never washed her hands touching multiple items and handling that piece on the machine. The manager said it was sanitary and offered my son and I another free item of choice and a gift card. I took a replacement coffee because I was cold and tired but that was it. She ran out and gave me a gift card also. But I was not happy. I felt disgusted and dirty and made the comment that I sure hope I do not get sick. She assured me I would not. Read moreI have recently had a much better experience! They all say hello by name. My drinks are great in the morning. Afternoons they dont always read my ingredients right however over all i say they have gotten much better! Well I have been going to this Starbucks for about 3 months straight. I go everyday sometimes twice a day for myself and daughter . At first, they were great. Sweet everything was perfect. Now they can never get my order correct weather its a mobile order or at the store its frustrating. I have sent back drinks and sep occasion I have voiced my concerns . Didn't change anything. They still mess up. I get charged for sweet cream and its not used ask for extra crunch they drown with caramel. Ask for extra whip cream and u get no frappe. It's rediculas to the point I'll drive across country just to get it right. I spend ALOT of money there and get the same thing everyday. Wth guys... no compensation to the mess ups either they just say oh sorry . Unexceptable... if I wanted a cup of whip cream I would go to Walmart its cheaper. Read moreNew to the area (Fairmount to be exact) this Marion location is my new Starbucks and I just felt obligated to leave some good stuff when it's well deserved! First, I have never been to a Starbucks anywhwere in the U.S. (I been to a lot of them.. we traveled a lot & owned semi trucks so we also worked cross country) that has been this active/friendly & lively! The baristas get to know people personally, remembering who they are, they also talk to customers while still working their butts off which makes this whole location so full of life and smiles..It's so nice to see and a rare commodity these days. I will also throw in that in all the times I have been here, never once has my order been wrong, or had any sort of issue..Now when I go, its normally my 3 kids with me that are like every other child, obsessed with tiktok..You know what that means..Try this drink, try that drink lol (i want the pink rhino with sprinkles and glitter with a unicorn flying by haha) and never once has anyone here ever declined ..That makes the kids feel so special!! You Always make their day as well..So thank you to all you hard workers, it is greatly...
