First impression when I walked in with my family was that the place was so hot that we would have to take our order to go as opposed to dining in. The cashier was wonderful as she took our order and gave us our donuts. However, the worker behind the hot food station was not as efficient. I watched as she made our sandwiches, all the while touching everything with while wearing protective gloves, including our food! She completed the sandwiches and set them aside. When I politely asked if those were mine, she said no. In the meantime, the sandwiches are sitting (unwrapped) on the counter while she proceeded to stock her station and make additional sandwiches. After @6 minutes later, she wrapped the sandwiches and then handed them to me. Really?! Someone needs serious retraining! Not worth...
Read moreI don't know why all these people are leaving bad reviews? I went through the drive-thru this morning at 6 43 am I made an order, the order was red back to me, the total was given to me. I make it up to the drive-thru I'm greeted by a very nice gentleman named Greg who helped he me gave me my order quick and efficiently, even said I hope you have a wonderful day sir. I can't say enough about this Dunkin Donuts being a great place and I can't say enough about that employee named Greg. It's nice to talk to a pleasant person in the morning and Greg was definitely that, he was pleasant, he was nice he even left me with a greeting which I really do appreciate. Either way Dunkin Donuts you have a star employee on your hands. I hope he gets some kind of positive...

Or
C. Put something else in and hope the customer doesn’t notice and when told that said donut was not what they asked for and to switch it, customer is told that they can’t and they have to deal with it?
If you choose C then you’re exactly right as that is what the manager, Denise thought was the right answer and refused to swap. And no I didn’t accidentally ask for the wrong donut she blatantly gave me something different in hopes I wouldn’t check before I drove off. If the franchise owner thinks this is what a good manager is then I can only imagine what else goes on at this...
