I have been recently shopping for a nice time piece and as everyone know there is so many lines and so many options that it became overwhelming. My first option was to browse online and see what options were in my price range. There were so inconsistent with the price that I could not trust what I was looking at. Then I decided to visit the Goldstein store and see what my options were. I was greeted by Abe who right off the back knew and understood how confused I was. He was very informative about everything and was very patient with me. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me with my search. He was very helpful in explaining each time piece and its options. I knew I wanted to shop around and Abe was not pushy he gave me his business card and was very patient with me. After browsing at a few different store I decided to come back and make my purchase with Abe. I found his customer service to be stellar and felt like i was being taken care of instead being offered a sales pitch. Absolute terrible service from this place. Went to this mall specifically for this store since they are a Rolex provider. Needed to have my Rolex cleaned since there is nothing close to me. Drove over an 1hr to visit the store. Unfortunately I got there around 5:40 close to being close but needed my Rolex cleaned badly. The door was locked but thought they needed to just open it up. Come to find out they decided to close early. I explained I wanted a quick clean and see what they had for sale real quick. Instead the woman said to come back another day and she shut the machine off already. I told her that they close at 6 and it was 5:40. I understand people need to get home or if it’s slow they shut down a little early. I was beyond excited to check out a potential new watch and get a nice bath for my DateJust. I had a very good experience in this store. I talked with the manager Dolores Hill about some Rolex models, and she is super friendly and knowledgeable for all of my questions and concerns. Even though the watch I am looking for is very short in supply and not in stock, I still enjoy the visit and the conversation with Dolores. Because there were not many models presented in the showcase, Dolores offered me a very beautiful Rolex brochure, so I can compare different models. Dolores is more like a watch professional rather than a AD. She never forced me to buy anything from the store, but educated me about different models and helped me to find which model fits the best.
