McDonald's — Restaurant in Marple Township

I came here to use the bathroom. i enter and the stall was taken. white dude that was in there was finished and i briefly look at his shoes as he stands directly in front of the door and not open it. I assume he was on his phone. Finally he opens the door and as we pass eachother, he walks straight out the bathroom without washing his hands. Absolutely disgusting. As i walk out, i asked the young cashier for the manager to make a report, 30 seconds go by and look who it is, same dude who didnt wash his hands!! He had the nerve to agree with everything i was saying like he was disgusted over the fact. His first facial expression was a disgusted face then he quickly changed up. Little does he know, for me growing up, i lied and made simular expressions to my parents. I know what a liar sounds like and even more, the expressions of someone who is tryna play like he aint do nothing. All in all, i will not be coming back and im reporting this to the higher manager to have him removed from all positions. I dont come here often, but iv use to work 6 years down the street and mcd was a quick lunch run. Not anymore jose. That was sickening to experience. This happened May 13, saturday around 7:28pm (approximately). I had purposely looked at the time but i forget the hour. i gotta check my google map timeline. I have been here a lot because it is the closest fast food place, pretty much all the time they mess up my order. One time I went here and we ordered a crispy chicken snack wrap, A PLAIN chesseburger, A regular big Mac, 2 cokes, and a Dr Pepper. They told us to wait next to the parking lot until they came out of the building so they could give us our food, So naturally we waited there until they came out. We waited there for at Least 25 minutes, So then we went into the McDonald’s And asked them where our food was. And they literally said I DONT KNOW, so we showed them the receipt and said “we forgot your order” So then it took them another 20 minutes just to bring out the food and it tasted microwaved and not fresh and for the Plain Cheeseburger and Big Mac, Oh wait until you hear this: for the Plain Chesseburger the put everything that’s Not plain, and for the Big Mac, they just FORGOT IT! Even with the kiosks the service is practically the same. After at least 3 more mess ups, we decided just to stop going there. Well, another bad experience at this location. They handed us what was supposed to be sprite but was straight soda water. Before even tasting it the "manager" Eric S. says “it’s not soda water.” Yea like I don’t know what soda water tastes like. He’s a hint- when a customer tells you something, CHECK FIRST before telling them they are wrong. He finally tasted it and it was in fact straight soda water. The best part was he didn’t even apologize! Handed all of our food back and got a refund. Dude should be fired and never work in customer service again. That was it for me. Worst service, food is always bad. I will NEVER spend another dollar at this location. Too many other places to choose from. I suggest you do the same.

3/19/21: Another bad experience. Just ordered a #1 and the bread was hard as a rock. Went back to ask for a different, fresh one, and I got one that was almost as bad as the first. So far this is like 9 out of 10 times it's been awful. Not sure why I don't learn my lesson. After today though, they get not another dollar.
