Rocky's Pizza and Grille — Restaurant in Marple Township

Every Halloween, we go to Rocky’s because it’s within walking distance of my friend’s apartment. (That’s the only reason) Every year, there’s always at least one thing wrong with our order. Let me preface this by saying we are by no means unreasonable in our requests or overly picky. I understand it may be busy, however, I don’t understand what’s so confusing about ordering a wrap dry with the dressing in the side and not on the wrap. Most years, they’ve ignored the request and other times they’ve given me extra dressing on the side in addition to slathering just the middle of the wrap in dressing. We also order pizza every year with 2 toppings and they always forget one and/or burn the pizza. We got a turkey club on toasted bread with bacon and a pickle (as advertised on the menu) and were given a turkey sandwich, no toasted bread, no bacon and no pickle. The reason for the two stars is because the food is decent, but it’s not what we ordered. Maybe we have such bad luck with this place because we’re once-a-year customers, but we’ve given this place too many chances. We won’t be returning and will try...

DELIZIOSO 🍕

Three months ago I realized I wasn’t even excited to order from my old go-to pizza place anymore so I began searching for a new spot. I tried almost every single pizza joint in Havertown, Upper Darby, and Drexel Hill. Some places were pretty good but most were underwhelming. Then.. I came across Rocky’s and my pizza search ended. I love it because every single bite is delicious. The cheese, the sauce, the crust, the toppings. It’s all so damn good. Their sandwiches are great AND they have milkshakes. The people on the phone and the delivery drivers are super cool and polite, the food comes quickly and it’s always hot. Their prices are very reasonable for the amount of incredible food you get. I won’t be ordering out from anywhere else...

Ordered via grubhub. The pizza was pretty good (I had mushrooms on it). The wings came undercooked - as I ate them, there was still pink / red / purple in the meat - kind of gross and I ended up throwing many of them away. The sauce tasted good, but the heat of the sauce doesn't cook the meat, unfortunately.

EDIT I'm going to give this place another chance and leave this as a "5" for now - I really think they went above and beyond on their service; they tried to call me this weekend to make things right (I was busy, but they left a voice mail). After some thought - I should have honestly just called them in the first place. So for now, 5 stars because (again) these guys are above board in...
