People where nice and where more about doing their job over Popeyes on Barataria Blvd where the people are unprofessional and more worried about how their hair came out or what is going on in their lives over doing their job and serving their customers not to mention they number one thing in a customer service job is always greet your customers and being courteous to your customer's and when they tell you have a good night you reply the same not keep talking about your hair and just completely ignore the customer I'm in the service industry and always greet my customers and when leaving tell them to have a good morning, afternoon, or good evening depending on the time of day it is and if it's a Friday always say have a good weekend or if right before a holiday always tell them to have a good 4th of July or Thanksgiving just depends on what holiday is coming but that's how you build a good customer base not to mention that comes with the service industry and it's just common courtesy if you don't want to be in it and do a professional job then go do something else but the one on Lapalco Blvd the are very nice and professional so if im in the mood for Popeyes that will be where I go...
Read moreVery rude management. Manager had a bad attitude from the time she came on the intercom. The first thing she says is there is going to be a 20 minutes wait on chicken. I said ok. She says you are going to wait. I said yes. She repeats it again. I said yes ma'am I would like to wait, and can I ask why you have no mild or spicy chicken available. She says the cars there are cars waiting for it. She was very, very rude. She has no customer service training. I asked her for her name, and she wouldn't give it to me. She started screaming at me in front of other customers, and got very irtirate. She is a bad example of a manager, and representation for the Popeye's Corporation. Read moreWent through the drive thru placed my order with no problem, received my bag thought it was rather small but I wasn’t really concerned. I placed my bag on my seat and went home. Got home reached for the bag and red beans were everywhere! The pie was at the bottom of the bag the two piece white was in the middle and the container of red beans were directly on top in this small brown bag! I drove back and asked for the manager. Manager comes up front yes ma’am how may I help you, I told him what happened and that I wanted a refund. He never looked in the bag never apologized on behalf of whoever packed my order up like that . Did my refund on my card told me where to sign and that was it.
