I can always find what I'm looking for when it comes to wigs. There's so many styles and colors and the staff is so helpful. Plus, I don't have to know exactly what I'm looking for when it comes to wigs. But if I'm getting braids or something it's best to know exactly what I'm looking for otherwise I might be overwhelmed. But the mannequin heads help with the general finished style...

Was purchasing braiding hair & I asked how much the hair was. The cashier looked at the sticker and said 7.99 which was on the hair. Another employee took the sticker off and said that price was wrong, so he charged me 11.99 and said he never told me it was 7.99. All of this happened right in front of me. I will NEVER stop at this...
