Taco Bell — Restaurant in Louisiana

I was in the drive thru on Friday 26,2024 in between the hour of 4:45p.m. and 5:10 p.m. the Lil cashier was very polite and she was at the window where you pay and she must had made a mistake or to that effect we paid with a debit card she went got her manager the had about 5 vehicles behind the manager and the cashier had us waiting by the drive thru window the manager started taking out money like she was counting down the draw and we still sitting there after I paid the money and received the card back now its almost 5 minutes waiting cars are behind us the manager not communicating and the Lil cashier was just standing there I asked can we go to the the Lil cashier notted her head and moved her hand to go now as we going to the 2nd window now the manager wants to hollow out where you going all rude and as I made it to the second window they had a truck behind me which it was at the first window I told the Lil girl that was at the second window tellvwho ever hollowing all nasty out that widow that the Lil cashier told me to moved to the next window as the Lil girl giving the food out the window she saying all kinds of rude comments and I started talking back to her I asked the Lil girl what's her problem she must've having a bad day if she having a bad day she don't need to be working here it was very upsetting to me for this manager to be unprofessional what if she had a problem she should of not caught a attitude with me and yes that attitude she had with me she hot it right back what she should have done was community better than what she did when she bought herself to that cashier and opened the window and said they had a problem I would have understood it I know they have young kids working this Manger handled it all wrong I will not be coming to this Taco Bell again that Manger was very rude and...

1st off let me start of by saying I been stop going to this particular Taco Bell due to the service and they are not clean at all. By the way I do door dash from time to time, so I’m in and out of restaurants. Since I’ve been dashing I’ve never had a manager to slammed a window in my face because I asked for her name. I also asked the staff that lied and told me it was his 1st day and the managers 1st day as well and that he didn’t know her name. So I ask him his name I was told “Jamal” don’t know if he were telling the truth “he’s a young thick male” and the other girl at the drive thru window wouldn’t give me her name either. By the way I swear to you I asked them nicely but by the manager having the attitude and telling them not to give me her name. I’ve decided to go inside and get a photo of her. She’s a disgrace to your company;-| Such a disrespectful person you guys chosed to manage your company. As a person who has work customers service for over 10 years I don’t care if I’m having a bad day I will never take it out on anyone especially if I’m working for someone else’s company. She’s no only suppose to be there to represent the company she’s suppose to be a team leader and set example for her staff. I’m here to say I am a person who worked in fast food, retail, warehouse/plant work to leader positions to being entrepreneur and not one job that I’ve ever worked for I’ve never gotten write ups nor fired. Because as an adult employee you should know how to conduct yourself at all times. And I said all that to say I hope this massage reaches Corporate and remove someone like her from your corporation.

I visited this location on 04/22/22 between 630pm-7pm. I ordered the nachos fry box combo but I wanted my order placed in a plastic bag not the box. My order was given to me in the box without my moutain dew. I ask the staff member for my drink and she was handing me a bai hai frozen drink which i said l didnt ask for a frozen drink than she had an attitude and said yes you did. So she instead made me a bai hai moutain dew drink which I said, I ask for a moutain dew drink , which she looked at me like I was an alien and made my moutain dew drink and I said can I get a straw after she gave me a straw she looked the other way and hurry to close the drive thru window...which I thought was very unprofessional. The nacho fries wss cold not even hot also the food in general wasnt hot . I tried calling the store but no one answered the phone! This location really need to be consistant with everybody orders and making sure its hot and fresh not going out cold. Especially the "Nachos Fries" which I get all the time at other location that are "Hot & Fresh"!The staff members need to learn how to greet all customers with open arms and inviting them back, not acting like there doing the customers a "FAVOR" for...
