Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Don’t use coupons because they won’t apply them. Went with a free coffee coupon on the app, I ended up paying for that coffee. 2nd order had a half off coupon, paid full price for that as well. I went back to get a refund, had to repeat myself 4 times before she understood what they did wrong. They wouldn’t refund me money I overpaid. I asked for a $6 blended drink to cover the $6 I overpaid, got told that specialty drinks cost too much not allowed to give me that, even though I over paid $6. Asked for a free drink coupon for future, got offered a dollar off coupon instead. This location has worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They don’t apply coupons and can’t help you when they mess up. I understand we all make mistakes, but come on Scooters when you mess up...

Our family loves & supports Scooters & was so disappointed in the Management team at this location. We went to a local event here today and arrived early to order our families coffees/drinks . ( 3 of them.) After 30 mins, we started begging for our drinks after 20 plus people had their drinks that arrived after us. A younger guy that was working so hard kept begging the managers to push ours & another groups drinks, but did not find it important. We finally got our drinks ( wrong with no upgrades we paid for) after 48 minutes . Another group ahead of us waited just as long with no drinks. I had a coupon in the app for a buy one get one free drink, and so did my mom and sister so we all met at scooters to use that coupon. The app was having issues and kept saying something went wrong after you clicked on it to redeem it. They would not honor the coupon, even though they saw it And they also could not get it to work, but they were trying to still charge me full price for a two drinks.
