Arby's — Restaurant in Marshall

My husband and I were in the area for a family event; my husband enjoys Arby's in general, but where we live, in the Kansas City metro we have had a hard time finding an Arby's that can make consistent, quality food. We were staying at the Quality Inn, and this Arby's is right across the street, so he wanted to try it out. He ordered a large curly fry, and mozzarella sticks, this location did not disappoint! There was a slightly longer wait for our order than the subpar Arby's in our area, but that made all the difference, both items were fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked. The fries were crispy, and the mozzarella sticks had a hot, gooey, stretchy, and cheesey inside. Perfection!

Ashley was absolutely the rudest manager. Do not try to place an order to go. I called in twice as the first time I was told NO, I couldn't place an order to go. I would have to actually come inside to order anything. We are very busy in the fields at this time and to reduce our "downtime", we place breakfaat, lunch and dinner orders to go. During the second call, I insisted she take my order. It totaled over $100. At the end, after picking up our food, Ashley said, "just for future reference, you will need to come inside to place any orders." I use to be regular customer at Arby's before I move to Marshall MN, use to go there 3-5 times a week. This location is not like other Arby's. They don't say hello to you, no thank you or come again. Rush you , interrupt you, no one is smiling. Like what's going on? This is not how Arby's is ... I called to talk to them, someone answer a phone saying hello, I was confused and ask is this Arby's person said yup what do you want? I said , Hello , how are you? person replied who is this? are you going to be late for work.... something got to change out there .... thank God there are other places to eat in Marshall who are friendly and want you...
