If I could give this place negative stars I would give it 5 negative stars for the service and everything else. My family and I stopped at this location on the way back to Dallas.
It took about 30 minutes for us to get our order. we had about 5 meals and they were all shoved in two bags our French fries and tater tots were all upside down. My mother in laws drink was wrong and took them 3 times to get the right drink to us. Literally brought out the wrong drink twice after we explained exactly what it was suppose to be. Once we got the food separated out, I noticed my crispy chicken sandwich was completely wrong. It was suppose to be plain and it came with lettuce tomato and mostly mayo. ( plain was confirmed on the receipt) when we told the car hop it was wrong after a slew of other things being wrong and taking forever and multiple tries to get right she just rolled her eyes and grabed the wrong sandwich out of my father in laws hand. After about waiting 10 minutes, the carhop comes back to our vehicle and ask if it was suppose to be grilled. We had explained the first time that it was to be a plain crispy grill chicken sandwich multiple times. Another 15 mins past and they bring out a kid hamburger with everything on it. Now we have been waiting 25 minutes and received a completely wrong order again. My father in law then gets out and talks to the manager who says "he will handle this" another 5 mins and another guy comes to the window and says they are out of the cibbata bread. 30 minutes waiting on the wrong order to find out they are out the bread that makes the sandwich we ordered an hour ago. Are you freaking kidding me. Not one apology for the inconvenience not to mention the car hop girl was completely rude about the whole situation. I wish I had gotten her name, but she also was not wearing a name tag. We finally got the right order after 1 and 15 minutes waiting for fast food that was mediocre at BEST. Now we an hour behind on our trip. This experience at this location was the WORST service and experience I have ever encountered. I suggest they full staff the restaurant ( as this was the excuse the carhop gave us for it taking so long and everything being wrong. "It's only because we are short staffed and only have 2 people running food and it's just extremely stressful" again no apology. Easy No Problems Fast Foward April 5th I Place My Mobile Order At 9:43 Via Mobile App Same Way But This Time I was At Home So I Called After The Order Went Through And requested The Onions that I added to be grilled I Was then told I would have to pay a 1.00 To Grill the onions that were free on the app! So Then I Say I Don’t Mind Paying For The Onions when I get there he then says ok hold on and I was left on hold for 4 mins while I was actively on the way to the store! I check In and let the order taker know that I spoke to some one on the phone about my onions being grilled and I was left on hold for 4 mins while I was on the way to the store she tells me they were backed up and she’s sorry for his inconvenience I then tell her I just wanted to know what’s the outcome I can pay for the onions to be added like I told him when I just placed the order so she then tells me that she was going to throw away the first burrito and remake my burrito and I had to wait another 10 mins on top of that! even though the guy I spoke to was in the grill and could have went ahead and grilled the onions and made me pay as we seemingly agreed to you said hold on not me? Your company better enjoy being opened while you can, because I will make sure your store gets shut down. Want to know why?? Well I my husband and I stopped by this store and got me an iced chocolate coffee and an orange juice. Well when we ordered the ignorant lady at the drive through was rude and was rushing us. I was like okay, maybe she’s having a bad day. Well we paid and got our drinks and left. We got not even half a mile from there and I start drinking my drink, and it was so nasty and disgusting so I though that maybe it’s not stirred. No!! There was a FREAKING NASTY LID shoved in the top of my coffee, with chocolate drizzled on top of it. Like seriously??? How stupid can you be! It was a dirty lid shoved in my drink. That could have made me extremely sick. What is wrong with your staff? Are y’all that lazy and ignorant? Well I promise you this will be the LAST time I come by this particular store.
