Taco Bell — Restaurant in Marshall

Went through the drive thru on our way back to Missouri. We had been on the road from Corpus Christi and had been driving all day and decided to FINALLY stop for a meal. I received my pink lemonade. The lady with red hair in a ponytail put so much ice in it was literally JUST WATER. We asked for another one with LIGHT ice. Had a little pink, but accepted. We received our food quickly. Missed our fries. Went inside and the staff was leaning against the stations and talking to friends outside of work (people who were visiting) and I finally piped up and said something. They approached me again 5 min after and asked “what did you have again?” At this point I was frustrated even more. Manager came up and asked if everything was “handled”, which I felt, was extremely unprofessional. The worker came back around, noticed I was still at the order station, and said that they would be out soon. The manager then came out and asked if I wanted fresh fries or ones that had already been sitting. Now, EVEN MORE FRUSTRATED, I bit my tongue and said yes. They came out 5 min later with my fries and an order of cinnamon twists. Started eating my burrito, which contained dried up refried beans, no cheese, no meat. My fiesta potatoes had no sour cream and a dollop of cheese sauce. I threw everything away. EXTREMELY dissatisfied. Great customer service on both occasions coming through town. Really enjoy people who are happy/relaxed on the job especially when working the late shift. Thank you again. One of them offered us a free drink while we waited for the order to be prepared. Another one gave us a huge amount of mild sauce! Which is a standard amount for my wife who enjoys it a lot. Really appreciate the hours and responsiveness from the staff! As for food quality it’s a Taco Bell—either huge hit or huge miss. Most of the time you know what you are risking :D Though with this one it was a huge hit at least later in the night for us! Though there was one instance where they did not remove the sour cream sauce from my meal but an honest mistake. I’ll just be sure to repeat it again. Thankfully we ordered multiple options for us. Might be their speaker system or a long night for myself. Their cinnamon twists are also a great item to try out if you haven’t already. For the small town location the drive-thru was quick and easy. Definitely a solid option for the limited food selection...

i will never get food here again. I have used the drivethru twice now both very negative experiences. the first time the worker at the speaker was very rude, and i’ve worked in fast food before so empathize. The second time was today. I had placed a doordash pick up order for myself at this location. i normally go through the drive through as im on my lunch break . i get to the speaker and in a very rude manner im told i cannot receive my order through the drive thru and had to wait in the line and then go inside. I have always picked up orders in the drive thru. i understand rules change and I follow rules but i was in the drive thru already and had to wait in line when my food was getting cold on the counter. they could have given it to me and said next time come inside. I was not aware of a rule change. very rude never ordering here again and i will tell everyone i know to...
