Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Marshfield

I normally like to order from local small businesses but every once in a while I get a hankering for Dominos bread sticks and Philly steak sub. Their pizza, wings, and chicken concoctions leave something to be desired though and many other establishments in town have much better versions than a national chain like Domino's.

That being said, the ordering process, cook took time, and delivery have all been more than efficient for my liking. Even with the labor shortage everyone is experiencing, they have consistently filled and delivered my online order every one of the three times I've ordered. I see some complaints about dipping sauces being left out of orders, but every order I've placed contained at least two dipping sauces and I've received them every time. I'm assuming the sauce issue was during the shortage due to COVID-19 that hit every fast food chain, but even still, I wouldn't give a 1 star review for something like a missing dipping sauce.

I have avoided this place ever since they made me sick on purpose and I do not regret it one bit.

First, I got the wrong food. I asked for it to be remade, and they obliged. However the driver, who could not find my house for 15 minutes and gave the first delivery to me in the lawn. The second delivery was delivered to the wrong house.

I called back and was accused of lying. The girl on the phone said my "male roommate" must have taken it (I live with my mom). The third order they sent tasted like grease and filth, I ate part of it because I was starving and almost vomited due to how ill I felt afterward.

This place is only worth it if you're drunk and desperate at 12AM. Manny's, Anthony's, Mamma Mia's, and plenty of other restaurants will happily get your order right the first time.

Marshfield Domino's WILL give you food poisoning if they decide their mistakes...

** UPDATE! I have ordered a lot recently and everything has been great! I hate leaving bad reviews, I would prefer to leave only positive reviews, however, I cannot let this go. This is the second pizza order from Marshfield Domino's that I am having a delivery problem with. Sunday, I ordered 2 pizzas for the Pats game, I called twice wondering where my pizza was and I was told that they were short on delivery drivers... After over 2 hours, I called and cancelled it because it hadn't left the store yet. Tonight, I ordered by phone and the kid who took my order called me back TWICE to ask what I wanted on my pizza and what size was that again? After 1 1/2 hours, my pizza showed up cold. This is a management problem, not a delivery...
