Came through the drive-thru and ordered a $5 fill up bowl combo. I like my bowls made a certain way (no cheese, gravy on the side, extra scoop of corn.) Before I had a chance to let them know how I wanted my bowl dressed up the cashier interrupted me asking what drink I wanted I pause for a minute taking notice of what drinks there were to offer, she rushed me along asking two more times what kind of drink I wanted. I asked her for a moment. After making my selection of soda, she cuts me off asking if there was anything else. I told her I wasn't done ordering. I asked for my specifications on my bowl, she interrup me again, I told her to wait a minute.
I finished how I wanted my bowl, another cashier (male voice) asked me what else I wanted. Told them that's it, and he gave me my total.
As soon as I get to the window, the male cashier opened the window gave me my total, I paid him, and he slammed the window. After 3 minutes or so, I got my drink that I asked for light ice with (the cup was full of ice) and my meal. I looked at it, it was wrong. In the bag is a small container of cheese (I asked for no cheese), small container of corn (I asked for extra scoop of corn in the bowl) and no gravy. (Asked for gravy on the side.)
I honked my horn to get the attention of the staff. The guy comes back to the window, I tell him it's not right, and handed him the bag, he pushed it back at me and said dryly, 'Ill make you another one.' 4 minutes more and he's back with my order, doesn't say any thing more to me, just handed the bag out the window and shut the window.
I could see this type of behavior if they had been busy or seemingly understaffed, but I was the only one in the drive thru, and only 4 cars in the parking lot, so it's clear they had other customers, but not enough to be considered a 'rush'. Unacceptable behavior, subpar food, rude...
   Read moreIf I could leave no stars I would but it makes me put something, this is by far the worst kfc I have ever been to where do I even begin, I ordered a 16 piece of just chicken and a 12 piece of tenders costing 73 dollars, my kids wanted chicken so I gave in I called at 6.15 and was told new chicken would be on abd to come in 30 minutes which I did. Once I got home I noticed that there was only 12 pieces of chicken and not 16 that I paid for. So I call hoping someone would answer since the store closed already. They answered the phone and I tell them that I didn't get all the pieces and was told by a gentleman on the phone that he boxed the chicken and that I was lying. I was shocked that you would even blame a customer of lying. When asked to speak to manager was told he was the manager and then when asked for reginal manager was told he was also refused to give me corporate numbers told me he couldn't find it and not to much the chicken was not fresh. It looked like it had been sitting for a long time and gross. Needless to say when I actually spoke to the real manager of store wad offered a Damm 20 dollar gift card. This not acceptable and highway robbery. Will never ever come to this store again . I will make the drive to springfield going...
   Read moreI have been to the KFC in Marshfield maybe 5 times over the past 5 years and every time it is a negative experience. Yesterday was the worst experience yet. My husband ordered and paid for the food online and I picked it up through the drive through. They were out of chicken sandwiches (as usual) and asked me what I would like to do. I asked for my options which were a pot pie or some bowl smothered in gravy-I wanted neither. So I asked for chicken strips-NO, too big of a cost difference. I offered to pay the price difference-NO. Refund-NO. Any other food option-NO. A voucher for a chicken sandwich in the future-NO. Can I speak to a manager-"I am the manager" My ONLY options were to accept food I did not want, or leave the drive through with nothing and go get a refund online. I had 8 people waiting for this food, It was a $60 dollar order! Then, even though it was pre-ordered we had to wait in the drive through for another 10 minutes. Idk if they were cooking the pot pie or punishing us. Worst customer service experience ever. I will never go back and I suggest no one else wastes their time...
