I am a truck driver and i went into taco bell. My total was $23. I waited over 20 mins before i noticed everybody who came in after was getting there food and i wasn't . when i asked the employee she said my order wasn't even on her screen. I asked for a refund and a manager and kristie came. She just returned my money. Now i will point out i felt totally discriminated against after i realized me and my husband were the only mexicans in the store. When i pointed that out kristie started to cry. I took pics of my receipt to reference the time. I waited over 20 mins just to be standing there and not even get my food. I will never come back here again. I recommend not going here. Kristie acted like it was no big deal till i pointed out what i did. She started to cry and made me feel terrible when i just asked why my food wasnt on her screen. I ended up walking over to DQ.

You need to fire the kids who can't make it right so they learn. I'll make sure to stop going to this taco bell and just goto springfield. Clearly they dont do kitchen training here and need yet ANOTHER staff overhaul. Goodness tb get it together. You've had problems here over and over. Time to actually train the workers and hold shift managers accountable for it. Fire them. Find someone who can fix this store. Don't expect us to pay this much for a slapped together **** fest. If you offered me a coupon I'd use it elsewhere that's how tired and often this is.

Third time in a row in the last 2 months - Pay $1.10 for extra cheese on your 2 tacos; and get this... This time I did waste 30 minutes of my time and drive back to get my $1.10 back. The manager actually even remarked that this was a pretty much the standard for their cheese now. Pretty sparse compared to a few years ago. BTW this location is also has about an 80% hit rate in getting your order correct - So I recommend checking it before you leave - I know I will from now on. Prices soar - Service, quantity and quality take a dive. Real nice Taco Bell.

I ordered in advance through mobile. This saves no time because they prepare your mobile order on arrival. So the mobile order is just prepayment and no convenience or time savings for me. I watched the drive thru clear out and other customers get served ahead of me even though they arrived after me, while I wait for an order that other restaurants would have had prepared on or near arrival. What on earth are they doing to my food that a customer ahead of me is almost done eating and I am still waiting? The cashier clearly knew some of the customers that came in after me and she made sure her friends got served very promptly. After going back to the counter I was ignored by the same cashier and nobody would answer the phone. The service I received was awful. It was so frustrating after about 30 minutes we canceled our order and left. After numerous calls I later spoke with an employee who claimed to be a manager. He was rude, combative, was trying to talk over me at one point and made a lot of excuses for the lack of service. I had no idea doing a mobile order through this tacobell would be so frustrating. The new Taco Bell in Waynesville, MO is horrible at getting orders correct. I know, I'm dumb to keep going back but it's closer to me than the Taco Bell in St Robert and I keep hoping they'll figure out what's they're doing.

Of the five times I have been to this store, not one has resulted in a 100% accurate order. One of the times I went in to have them fix their mistake, the lady said they are currently training everyone. I understand that fully, but I'm not sure how long it should take to teach someone to read a computer screen as they assemble a soft taco.

I will probably continue going back when I have an urge to get a steak Quesarito (AWESOME, when they make it correctly, BTW), but that's only because I would spend less time going to this store even adding in the likely walk and wait inside while they fix a mistake or three than driving to the next closest store. If you're traveling on I-44 anyway, you would probably be better off continuing on to St Robert if you're heading east or Lebanon if you're...

Let's start with a back story... we used to eat Taco Bell frequently. When they opened the one next to Menards East, we were excited since we are always there on the weekends. We went in, and we could only order from a kiosk. We tried, couldn't figure out how to order the things THE WAY WE WANTED THEM, so we left and spent our money elsewhere. In Marshfield last night, we decided to go into Taco Bell and have dinner. We thought, surely a small town hasn't jumped on the "dipshit band wagon." We were wrong. We walk in and there is a kid standing at what used to be the order registers and he told us " we can no longer take orders up here, when your ready you can order at the kiosk," I told him that I wasn't doing that.... so another restaurant got our money last night all because YOU CAN PAY A KID TO STAND AT THE DESK AND TELL US HE CANT TAKE OUR ORDER INSTEAD OF PAYING HIM TO ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING!
