My boyfriend paid $60 for me to get my roots done and I showed the girl the color I wanted and it came out not really anything like I wanted and I couldn’t exactly tell from the lighting. She missed spots as well and overall just looks a tad darker than what I came in with ( my roots were orange) when she was drying my hair she also kept smacking me in the face with the brush I know it was on accident but it happened a lot. Had my normal stylist cancel on me last minute, so I called this salon to see if they could fit me in today. I was very lucky they did! I just got a haircut, no wash or style, and I was a bit nervous trying a new stylist since I have moderately short curly hair, but Brylee knocked it out of the park!! Everyone greeted me and was very kind and sympathetic, I'd just had shoulder surgery, but the young lady that cut my hair was in a hurry.
