We tried this for the first time last night and was VERY impressed! IMO, this is the best hibachi in SW Missouri, hands down! Even better, itā€™s probably the cheapest too! Quality was excellentā€¦ very flavorful, almost unique flavor profile (maybe subtle hints of SE Asian spicesā€¦ Thai??). Portions are very generous, almost excessive. We only tried one sushi roll, it was the biggest and one of the best sushi Iā€™ve ever had. Again, prices were more than fair for quality & portions. Friendly service. FYI, they are CASH ONLY. They have outdoor seating only, nothing fancy but not bad at all. I would recommend bringing your own cutlery if you donā€™t do chopsticks, they have cheap flimsy plastic forks that it in no way match their food quality. Itā€™s now our new favorite eatery. We drove 40 miles one way on a Sunday whim to try itā€¦ a bit nervously, afraid it might too far to drive for such, but we were not disappointed at all and literally raved about it most of the drive home. We found ourselves raving about it again this morning ā€˜reminiscingā€™ about how good it was.

Absolutely love their food! Great portions and delicious food. They are always very friendly and fast service. I have dined in a couple times at their restaurant but mostly get take out. I get Sushi from the restaurant and hibachi chicken from the food truck. I normally get the snow drop roll as you can see in the picture or the hibachi chicken teriyaki.

Iā€™m currently eating as I write this. The food is very, very good plus the amount of food I got for what I paid is just absurd. Massive portions. Iā€™m not from the area but everyone i work with has raved about their food and it definitely didnā€™t disappoint. I got the hibachi chicken which was seasoned and cooked to perfection along with the veggies which had a great crunch to them. Plus I had some really good conversation with the gal taking the orders. Extremely nice folks and fantastic food on top of it. Iā€™ll make sure to stop by Tokyo Hibachi anytime I come...

Excellent food! My only complaint is I wish the packaging wasnā€™t foam. Food always melts the foam containers since itā€™s hot and fresh. I donā€™t particularly enjoy eating my food knowing it has melted foam in it! Haha!

An alternative would be foil containers(like the ones el charro here in town uses)

Another great alternative would be the paper/cardboard type containers that...
