McDonald's — Restaurant in Marshfield

I usually enjoy this establishment. The food is always top notch, and I love the chocolate milk. In fact, the other night I went here and the drive thru worker had an adorable accent and was very compliant and polite. TODAY, however, a blonde girl working there seemed confused when I asked for my favorite fast food chocolate milk. I felt bad about myself for drinking my all time favorite drink. ALSO I very explicitly asked for a large fry and did not recieve it. My order was NOT complicated. The three stars are for the chocolate milk and the other worker who was very polite. But I’m going to have to keep it at 3 stars because of how my meal was messed up. PS My friend ordered a bacon smokehouse, and was given that but with chicken as some kind of sick joke. What is this about? Is my friend insane? Of course not! He would never order a bacon smoken with chicken! Even if people even get that, why wouldn’t the cashier ask first?...

Literally the worst french fries I think I may have had in my entire 45 years. They were so overcooked every single one was like a cracker. A french fry cracker. I normally avoid McDonald's as it is but it was getting late and I was starving and had no time for anything else so I broke down and ordered McDonald's and it was such a disappointment that I'm shocked they're still in business. Hoping that the fries would be the worst of it as I also got a double cheeseburger. I bit into that and it was also probably from lunch time. Looks like it had been sat on and dry as dust. Honestly when you get McDonald's you hope that it's at least going to taste good because you know it's terrible for you. When it's terrible for you and it tastes horrible it's just unacceptable. This location should be closed if this is what they think is...

I've been to this particular Mcdonalds on multiple occasions and this is my overall review. One of the ladies who I believe is actually a manager sounds like she just hates life. Always gets my order screwed up. It's not very hard to make a Coffee extra extra or a friggin burrito and include sauce as I asked. They are one of the slowest McDonald's I've ever seen in my life also. Do not even bother going inside to beat the rush at drive threw. They will just ignore u half the time. Or they will send all drive threw orders out before urs and ur order will be cold. If it was just one experience I would rate better but this has happened on multiple occasions. Honestly I'd fire the hire ups and start over. They regular employees seam like they are trying. Yet with instruction...(yelling) such as they are...
