There’s only one cook left, so it’s a rushed experience and the food isn’t as good as it was a few years ago, but it’s still high quality and a great experience.

My only problem is one of the servers, Rose, is VERY rude and doesn’t hide her distain for the customers. Due to being short staffed, our family was rushed in earlier than our reservation by her several calls, and she visibly and vocally acted annoyed when I asked if they had Rosé instead of just white or red wine. Our family would have been very understanding about coming in early if it was explained, but her rude and demanding attitude takes away from the experience the rest of the staff provides (they’re all amazing!). One of the younger staff members looked extremely uncomfortable around her and after accidentally spilling a drink on a table with no one on it, our family continually encouraged her it was fine and tried making light of the situation because Rose looked extremely angry at such a simple mistake. Worst restaurant ever! In December, I received a door dash order from them! I ordered fried rice, beef, and shrimp hibachi. The rice was cold to the core, it literally still had ice chunks in it, and it tasted horrible even when microwaved. The shrimp smelled spoiled and it didn't even look grilled it was heated in the microwave and thrown in the bowl. The beef was not seasoned and it was cooked horribly as well and tasted like cardboard. I got this order through door dash and I ordered the meal an hour and a half before closing! If they knew they did not want to fulfill my order they could have just canceled it and I wouldn't have minded! I tried calling before they closed nobody answered, I called three times. This was my first time going to this place and I loved it so much! So, if you want to watch the cooking in front of you, make reservations. I did not know this so my boyfriend and I just showed up. The hostess was very accommodating for our first time and we ended up sitting at the bar, which we didn't mind. She talked us through the menu and gave us recommendations even. We got their dinner special which is basically a 5 course meal and one of their many options for sake. It's a reasonable price and you get lots of food. Everything was so delicious! Even the food I was nervous for trying because it was my first time was so amazing. The workers are all kind and it's a very friendly environment. It's a great place for birthdays and kids and honestly can't wait to go back...
