Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Martin

Ok pizza when your in a rush. Expensive, but can find deals on online orders

Back a year later to review again. I don’t know what happened to this store. I got a pizza very recently,,,it was the most horrible pizza I’ve ever had. I live in the country and didn’t know the pizza was this disgusting until I got home. Called the store….worker was kind and eventually “put me in the system “ to receive another pizza at another time. Well, I was in their system for their special free “emergency”pizza . About 10 days later I called in for the emergency pizza and my replacement pizza …I wasn’t in their system at all for the replacement pizza which really aggravated me because I paid 23$ for a pizza that was not fit to eat and ended up up throwing it away. Obviously that employee flat out lied to me that she put me in the system 😡 So went ahead and ordered the emergency pizza. Got all the way home and that pizza was disgusting! What happened Martin Dominoes!!!??? Teach your employees not to lie (you would think they would already know that) and also teach them how to make good pizza. I will be getting my pizza from Casey’s from here on out. They have been way better than Dominoes anyway, but dominoes used...

The call center experience was annoying but I made it very clear we had people eating with us that has a allergy to pork, so I told them NO BACON due to allergy. Just to get home and find bacon all under the cheese. I called to let them know what they did and they wouldn't answer the phone, kept hang up. I never got to talk to anyone. Calling corporate is a joke. They don't answer either just a automative runaround and if you the call the call center back they redirect you back to the store so you can be hang up on again. I've got pictures, if needed and a wasted pizza sitting on my counter a long with wasted money. This is poor customer service. I expect a refund for the pizza.

FIX IT.......

I’m never surprised at grown people who work in places like this. They wouldn’t accept my $100 bill. It’s a Friday night… you can break it. At least put up a sign saying you can’t accept it. They told me to go to Wendy’s (next door) to break it and come back. Seriously though… so I left and broke the bill. When I got back they cancelled my order. I said you canceled it?? Then a man preparing the pizza turns around and says stop yelling in here.. lol I didn’t even yell. It was loud in there and I was surprised they canceled my order from 4 min ago lol.
