So disappointed... I had read rave reviews for JP's in a FB food group I'm part of so I went with high expectations.
My friend and I went for lunch. We shared an order of the Twisted Potatoes, which were described as like chips on a skewer. The twist was there, but they were not crisp, were greasy and had no seasoning. Not even a side of ranch dressing helped.
My friend has a BLT with fries and I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich witj onion rings. Both of our orders came with fries. Our waitress had to put in a second order for my onion rings, so while I was waiting I tried a fry. Just as with the twisted potatoes, the fries were not crisp, were greasy and had no seasoning at all.
My chicken sandwich was made up of two chicken tenders vs a nice single piece of chicken. They were on the dry side and again no seasoning, and my bun was soggy. When the onions rings arrived, they were also greasy and unseasoned.
My guess, the fry oil was just not heated properly which is why everything was greasy, but the lack of seasoning??
The staff was friendly and they did take the twisted potatoes off our ticket and offered other things on the menu to replace my meal, but honestly I was not too hopeful anything would be better so I did not try anything else.
There are too many other good options in the area, so I...

Read moreCame for the first time today and everything seemed fine. Food was great honestly, but it was pricey in the end. Spent almost $75 for just an appetizer, two main dishes and two drinks. We were put off on how one of the servers offered for a refill for one of our drinks, which was a hot chocolate, yet didn’t mention that they would charge us for the refill. The receipt after we paid said it, but she herself did not say about charging us extra on a refill on hot chocolate. We’re honestly very upset with that since in the end we paid $7.20 for a cup of hot chocolate plus a refill. Overall, if you have the money and willing to pay more than $4 for a simple hot chocolate or any beverage, then go check this place out. The server also didn’t give us napkins or our cutlery the whole time we were there. We had to get it at another table. And service took awhile to be tended to, despite the lack of people that were there in the restaurant today, which was around 2 pm. A family even left because of how no one was tending to them. So service needs to...
