Burger King — Restaurant in Martinsburg

Don't generally eat fast food, tonight was November 27th 2021 and i was order #10 for the evening the 2 heavy set girls running drive thru were less than enthusiastic and messed up my order, the girl with the weird colored hair was there in the only two instances where I've ordered food from this burger kings drive thru, neither interaction was pleasant. I waited close to 5 minutes after the lady with multi colored hair told me to wait to order and they still messed it up with only one car in front of me, its byfar not the kitchens fault, she just don't listen. I'm not angry, far from it, but I worked at burger King for 2 years and the incompetence of people baffles me when I was a "pubescent immature" teenager and I still only every had one complaint for a twist tie from our original chicken bun bags that got dropped into his sandwich.... yall just funny and I probably won't come back to this location, even though its the only one near my house that I just purchased.... oh well not my loss, ill save my health and cholesterol levels for something else And on the lazy nights that I do contemplate fast food, ill hit up Wendy's around the corner near Walmart Oh also I have no issues with either of these girls personally, but the way the world is... its bitter AF right now, you should be doing your best to embrace people with a smile, cause I would've been overly cheerful and appreciative...

This restaurant is not clean the people who work there don’t wash there hands or change there gloves when it comes to handling food I have seen this even after come back out from smoking cigarettes outside on there break or lunch. I see hair is not up in hair nets I don’t see manager saying anything to them about it while there working to I’ve seen people playing on there phones and even playing with there hair while making the food or getting orders ready I’ve also seen then giving out free food to people they know this was about five people getting free food without paying for it there also a lot playing around up in the front lobby while there supposed be working I walked in stay at the table watched be I order my food I totally felt this places and people working there are violating the health code I feel they need to retrain this people if not then need clean house get rid of everyone start fresh people should know this before you eat there I will never eat there unless they wash hands stop playing around food sticking hands in food without gloves eating what is supposed be served to ordering customers after it’s made fresh they stand up there eat which unhealthy and bad for business they always have non worker hanging in back getting food taken it without paying for it which is unacceptable and unhealthy just thought I’d let everyone know about...

The transformation of this Burger King location under Ms. Betty’s leadership has been truly impressive. Previously, my experiences here were less than satisfactory, but I am pleased to say that significant improvements have been made across the board.

The service is now consistently efficient, and the staff exhibits a noticeable improvement in professionalism and customer engagement. Orders are prepared accurately, and the food is well-presented, reflecting a higher standard of quality. Additionally, the newly designed building and interior layout create a welcoming and modern dining environment, enhancing the overall experience.

It is evident that a strong commitment has been made to improving both service and operations. If you have previously had a negative experience at this location, I highly recommend giving it another visit—you will likely be pleasantly surprised.
