Tried to call at 3:15 pm. No answer after 10 rings. Saw on Google that you can order online. I select pick up order and start. I chose 2 topping large pizza. It only allowed me to choose 1 topping. I even tried 3 topping and again only 1 choice. So I kept going and also ordered a plain cheese pizza. It gave me a total of just over $37.00 and showed it would be ready by 3:45. I arrive at 3:45. 3 employees are there. The man is making pizza and constantly complaining about a young dark haired female working there. The taller woman greeted me. I told.her I was.picking up an online order. The man. Looked up while still complaining and said he didn't have any online orders on his screen. My phone went off with a text stating my pizzas were ready for pickup. I told the guy I had already paid for them and just wanted to get home. He then said it would be another 6 minutes. I sat down to listen to him complain More about the young woman that disappeared. He then directed his complaints at Comcast. After 10 minutes went by I walked back up and said if my pizzas weren't ready....he said the second one had just finished baking. I thought there were no orders online. After a 45 minute wait ( now 4:00 pm ) I take pizzas home to find Maybe 12 pieces of pepperoni on the one pizza along with burnt crust. My son and I ate the cheese pizza and picked over the pepperoni pizza that wasn't burnt. Not pleased with this at all. The cheese pizza wasn't burned but it had about 1 1/2 inches of crust around it and almost no sauce. I won't be buying anything from here for a very long time. I like to give people a few chances. I even left a positive review last time. The biggest issue I had was the wait time then get...
Read moreOverall Iâd say itâs unremarkable. Iâve rated pizza in SC, CT, MD, etc, and I was extremely underwhelmed here.
I ordered this months ago, but noticed that the owner had an excuse for every poor review. I do appreciate his willingness to try and rectify a bad review.
I travel for work and eat pizza from Connecticut to Florida. Id give a dominos pizza 2.5/5. It satisfies, fills you up and the price isnât bad for the price.
This pizza I requested well done. Arrived at the pick up time to find that they hadnât started the pizza. They made several comments through out that they had to run the pizza longer since it was requested well done. Prior to removing it from the oven, the gentleman said he had to pull it or itâd be burnt up on the bottom.
Brought it home, about 5 mins drive off of Queen St. and the dough was still undercooked, under carriage was cooked well done and had a nice crust (lacked any real flavor), cheese hadnât even really cooked through and just mostly released a lot of grease. I suspect the oven wasnât to temp and they tried to heat it up faster which caused the bottom to crust up faster.
Atmosphere was fine, was the only customer and the place was kid friendly as they had kids there drawing. The gentleman stepped past the counter a time or two and spoke with them which was great to see.
Service I left at 5/5 as I wasnât dining in. Wish it had a N/A.
Wasnât expecting New York style pizza, but also wouldâve expected a touch more pepperoni, evenly well done pizza, and just more flavor in general for the price point. I hope that I was an exception to the norm, as this was highly...
Read moreI thought this place was better since it reopened until tonight! Ordered pizza and was told 20 minutes. Got there and they took my payment. After me standing there for 15 minutes they tell me the pizza hasnât even been started. When I was surprised by that the lady (owner) tells me â If you donât like it you can go somewhere else.â To talk to me like that over a mistake that THEY made, is insane! I will NEVER go here again! And will be telling everyone I know about this experience! I should mention they were not busy! Just standing around talking. There was absolutely no excuse for that kind of behavior when your customers are the ones keeping you in business!!
As I see thereâs no way to reply, im going to add to this. Let me rephrase, YOUR WIFE, is the one Iâm referring to. I shouldâve been more clear. Everyone knows you, your wife and daughter work together. Your daughter is the one who said âhere someone wants a manager. Itâs the grouchy ladyâ when I called asking for the refund receipt. She didnât even attempt to say it quietly. Your wife said she apologized for that and heard her say it. So thatâs the way your business is conducted? And Iâm sorry you and your wife had two different stories.. you say the ovens went down, your wife said and I QUOTE â Iâm sorry our Spanish speaking cook bumped your order off the screen and it got skipped.â So which is it? As i said, I wonât be returning. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people at an establishment ever! Just because youâre a family owned business, doesnât mean you can let your family treat customers the way they did today!...
