I’ve witnessed the blonde woman (manager I think? I was honestly afraid to ask her name bc I didn’t want to make her more angry 🥲) being rude to multiple doordashers, myself included. She told me she didn’t like my attitude when all I asked was how approximately how long the wait would be before the order would be ready. She just kept saying it was “in the oven” as if I’m supposed to know how long it takes wings to bake?? Because she told me originally it wasn’t supposed to be ready for 30 min on their end which is fine because sometimes the DoorDash app is just not synced up properly and sends dashers too early, but if it’s going to take that long I’ll unassign it from myself and pass it to the next dasher, so I’m not waiting with no pay for 30 min for a $6 pickup order. She finally told me 9-10 minutes and I said thank you, and she proceeded to ask my name with a very sharp angry tone, acting like she was reporting ME for asking how long an order would take? While she stood there and ignored me and refused to answer a very simple question and tried to help every other customer like I didn’t exist? Even if she doesn’t view dashers as “customers” customer service extends to every physical person in the building even your colleagues. Read moreAnother update 5/1/2022 EXACTLY the same situation, several months later. Placed order. Got email. 1 hour delivery. Now, 2 hours plus with no food. I thought they had taken some efforts to improve this overall, but I guess not. At least stop sending out your requests for review and feedback before the food ever makes it. I'll update again if the food ever arrives.
UPDATE I was contacted by a whole crew of people and this situation has been handled appropriately, and to my complete satisfaction! Thanks!!! UPDATE I placed the order at 5:25. At 5:43, I received a text that my order was out for delivery, even though the delivery time was listed as 85 minutes. I got all excited that it would be early. I received a survey email at 6:23. My order arrived at 7:14, approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes after I placed it, 25 minutes after the delivery time, and 1 hour and 30 minutes after the delivery text. When the driver arrived, I mentioned that I had started to get worried, as I had received the text so long ago. The driver indicated that he had SIX deliveries, and apparently I was the last. It felt and tasted exactly like it had ridden around in the car for that full 1 hour...

I'm a shelter advocate for a domestic violence emergency shelter. September 2, 11:30pm I made an emergency order for a new client. On the call I made it clear that I needed a receipt and made the order. When our client received the order, they did not receive their receipt, drink or ranch. Sadly, these things happen. By the time this happened the restaurant had already closed for the night so the situation had to be resolved the next day. Our manager went in to retrieve the receipt, only to be told that this location did not give out receipts - so the employee who took my order knowingly accepted my order, knowing he could not give me the receipt I asked for. Not only that, but they refused to refund the 2 liter pepsi and ranch. Our manager did not want to continue fighting for what was owed the shelter and dealing with the rude employee, finally got the receipt and left it at that. However, I think people should know of how this store treats their clients and how they unfairly take needed public resources from their community.
