On July 23rd, i placed an order online at this location to be picked up. It was paid for in full online as well. This was the night of the storms and several people lost power. We never did at our home but found out through the evening that many others did. My husband drove in the weather to pick up the order. Once he got home, we realized the food was ice cold. The order consisted of steak subs. The cheese was in whole peices, never had been melted. Who eats ice cold steak subs? And to make matters worse we don't currently have a microwave due to kitchen renovations. I called to complain and was told it was because they didn't have power. Then don't make hot subs! We was never even told or given the option to change to a cold sandwich. They refused to do anything for us to make this right. I spoke to the owner, Frances, who i have heard has done this before. Never wanting to take care of customers who have suffered due to the actions of his employees. He did not care about us whatsoever. He said it wasn't their fault that the power went out. While that is true, it is your fault that your employees continued to make ice cold subs that were supposed to be hot. Thankfully.
