Sumo Fusion — Restaurant in Martinsburg

Very Rude manager.. I ordered several items and was asked to come back in 20min. When I returned the young lady behind the counter went to get my food. when she gave it to me I noticed the Sushi roll was wrong. So I then told her the rest of my order was correct but not the roll. The cashier then raises her voice telling me I was in error and that she made what I asked for. I repeated this is NOT what I ordered, however she continued to tell me I was wrong and I had to keep it. this caused the woman behind me to check her bag, and her order was wrong as well. However they (the staff) quickly jumped to correct it without controversy. The female cashier comes back and says so what are you going to do? I then said you can correct my order or give my money back. This went for like 5 minutes...She continued to complain and begrudgingly went to correct my order only after I requested my money back and the older gentleman said he would fix it. I asked why she wasn't willing to help me the same way she did the other woman whose order was wrong as well (who happened to be Caucasian) She gave no answer and continued to have an attitude. There were two other people in the store that happened to be Caucasian that agreed that I was being treated differently. This was a embarrassing and very frustrating experience and I will not be eating here again I've seen enough. Note at NO time did I raise my voice or speak to anyone there...

Bad Tom Yum soup.

We've had food from this place a couple of times and it was fairly decent but Friday night my son brought my wife a quart of tom yum soup but it was so watered down it was horrible.

Today the wife simmered that quartt down till was about half the original amount and then it tasted passable, if you guys are going to run low on soup and cut it 50% with water and try to pass it off as good food we will not be continuing to eat there. If that's the way your soup is supposed to taste you should drop it from the menu.

I have no problem with a restaurant running out of something occasionally that happens, but selling us water and calling it soup ticks me off to no end.

They forgot my soup, and my veggie tempura/avocado sushi tasted like seafood. The couple bites I tried made me sick. When I asked for a refund, they said only if I put the same food that made me sick back into my car and give it back to them because ‘they want to see what I’m talking about’ I said are you going to try the food cause how else can you see what I’m talking about? the man started yelling and hung the phone up. When I called back a lady answered and I explained to her that not only did I not want to put the food back in my car, but that it is illegal for her to even take it back. She stated she does not care about the health department and it was the only way to get my money back. I do not care about the $23, I was hoping they had some decency but clearly lack that, ethics and morals. Feeding people food made on an unsterile and...
