Probably the worst Grub Hub experience I've ever had came from this store. They called me to find out what toppings I wanted on my sandwiches because the app wouldn't let me pick toppings. That's fine, but then employee Jody informs me that I should have used Door Dash. Thanks, Jody, for the feedback. She then tells me I need to pay. I told her I paid through the app and that I was not giving her payment over the phone. Apparently she didn't know how Grub Hub worked. Instead of asking someone for help, she hangs up on me. I call back and ask for a manager and get Lisa on the phone. She's not much better. She informs me the driver usually comes with payment. I explain to her that I know that and that the driver is standing there in her store waiting to pick up my sandwiches. At this point, I can hear him yelling in the background that he has payment. Lisa says we're all good and she hangs up. No apology. Nothing. The Grub Hub driver at least called me back and apologized though he'd done nothing wrong. He agreed that Jody and Lisa were "crazy" and I believe him. I emailed their corporate office because it's impossible to get anyone on the phone. No more Snarfs though. Sorry. You don't always get a second chance. It's not enough that we're in a pandemic and I just paid $40 for two sandwiches and a couple of pickles to be delivered to my house. If you can't provide service without an attitude, you shouldn't be working in the...

Oh, Snarf! You have officially won my heart (and my taste buds) with your amazing sandwiches and potato salad! I went for the artichoke, feta, and provolone sandwich, and WOW—what a masterpiece! The warm, melty cheese wrapped around the tangy feta and tender artichokes was absolute perfection. Every bite was a flavor explosion, perfectly balanced and crafted with care.
And let’s talk about that potato salad—oh my! The potatoes were cooked to the perfect level of softness, with just the right amount of seasoning to keep me coming back for more. It’s the kind of side dish that doesn’t play second fiddle—it’s a co-star!
Yes, the sandwiches might cost a little more than your average deli, but let’s be real—this isn’t just a sandwich. It’s an experience. A moment of pure foodie joy that makes every penny worth it.
If you love discovering hidden gems and savoring every bite, Snarf’s is a must-visit. Life is about exploring, tasting, and enjoying every delicious moment.
Enjoying life one sip, one bite, and one small town at a time!...
Read moreI used to eat at the original Snarf's in Boulder, Colorado and other Colorado locations. I have been ordering the same sandwich for over 20 years. I ALWAYS get the tuna salad with American cheese with everything on it. The location at the Loop always made it like the original but they are closed now. I saw they opened this location close by so I decided to try it. After about 6 different occasions, they still aren't getting my sandwich right and I've been disappointed every single time. They always do something wrong. Today my sandwich wasn't that bad but they just need to toast it a bit more. I will make sure I ask them to toast it more next time when they aren't so busy. You know it's properly toasted when the roof of your mouth hurts after eating it. Also, they need to actually put less tuna salad on it. I think those things will make it less soggy too. Anyway, I ate my sandwich but I guess I can't get original tasting Snarf's tuna unless I go to Colorado. It's a real shame the Loop location closed. I generously gave them 4 stars today however, I hope they can earn 5 stars...
