Subway — Restaurant in Maryland Heights

This used to be my favorite subway. It's right next to my office and convenient for lunch. Service wS always efficient, friendly and quality always top notch. Until they changed management a couple of months ago.

Now the story is staffed by extremely rude, sloppy, and incompetent kids. Today was my last visit to this location.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a young girl who was overtly hostile and aggressive. Store my sandwich bread to shreds, kept slamming the door on the toaster open and shut, screamed at other employees and when I tried to check out, became aggressive and spat back something about needing to make chance. I just gently tried to remind her that I was on my lunch break and it had already been a long wait. She started SCOLDING me about "making this change" and berating ME about mentioning the time. I asked why she and everyone was being so rude? More berating. Not an apology nothing. I left my food and ordered Panerai from my desk I stead

I spend money sometimes up to 4 days per week in that store.. you aren't getting another...

I arrived here at 8:40 pm. I was with family and had driven 13 hours to stop in St. Louis on my way to Denver. Upon entering, the two female employees begin to openly discuss how they hate when people show up 15 minutes before close while making my sandwich. An elderly gentleman showed up a few minutes after and the lead on the shift said he showed up too close to close and she could not make a salad for him. Once he left, she said " if he wants a salad that bad, he can drive to another subway" I have worked with people my whole career and I understand people have bad days, but the lead on the shift was outright offensive. Being open until 9 means you don't normally clean, count the drawer, and close until an hour later. That is part of the job. I was very disappointed with...

This is the first time I ate at this Subway. I walked in and was instantly greeted by two crew members. The store was immaculate as far as cleanliness goes. The employees were wearing masks. The men's room was spotless and everything was in working condition which is rare for a public restroom. My sandwich was exactly the way I wanted it and the chips on display were nice and organized as well as the drinks in the drink machine. This all surprised me because most Subways I've been to the chips are all scattered everywhere and the drink machine looks like a football team ransacked it.
