I bought a bedroom set online on a Tuesday, I paid extra for the 3-4 day shipping. I did not hear anything but they took the money out of my account. I call on Thursday and talked to Matt who said they are almost done getting it now I should get an email by the end of day or Friday Morning. By midday Friday I still did not have an email. I tired to call back got no answer. I called one of the stores and they said they could not look up the order as it was online, but they gave me a few different number to try. Could not get a hold of anyone for days. I left voicemail, emailed and called all of the number. Tuesday was the first time I talked to anyone and I was told only Matt can help and he was out of the office. Later that day I got an email saying my order was canceled, lack of inventory.
