America's Best Wings | Indian Head Hwy — Restaurant in Maryland

I’ve been coming to this ABW for years. Always good food and fast service and there was an older guy that started working there that was super pleasant each time I game. Recently, though customer service has been seriously LACKING. Not sure if they’re feeling the pressure of the affects of virus And have been having consistently stressful days or what but I’ve visited multiple times in the past two months with the same result so I’m over making excuses for them. A few weeks ago I went and took a friend who was visiting from out of town and he commented before I did on how mean the guy taking my order was. Tonight I went and when I gave the guy my order number after paying he sets the box down in front of me, throws the napkins and the bag on the counter and walks away...didn’t even ask if I needed any sauce so I had to ask another guy for some ranch ... never again. Worst part is the wings didn’t even hit like they usually do so that sealed it for me. Im not sure what’s going on behind the scenes for their customer service to be SO terrible lately but Rona or no Rona, If I’m being pleasant and patronizing your business don’t be rude or downright disrespectful to me. If I could give this place anything lower than 1 star I would. The service is terrible they talk about you in their native tongue and they're incredibly rude and disrespectful. I ordered hot wings to go (I was new to the place) the guy at the counter entered my order in wrong. When I tried to change my order he gave me the meanest look and then he finally changed the order. The young man who brought my correct order up to the counter was smirking and giggling and talking in their native tongue very obviously talking about me. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN! MY CHICKEN WAS DRY AND BURNT! I HAD THEM TO DELIVER MY FOOD VIA UBER EATS AND THEY HAD MY ORDER INCORRECT, I PAID AN EXTRA DOLLAR FOR CHEESE ON MY FRIES AND IT WASNT ON MY FRIES..
