America's Best Wings — Restaurant in Maryland

Let me say the food here is good even if what you ordered is not correct. My mom and me went to American Best Wings in Arbutus. The young man at the counter was polite but he needs to take his head phones off when taking peoples order. We asked for a fish sub not a fish wrap. The food was good but it was not what we ordered and we had leave soon. So we ate the food and it was good but not what we ordered. The other issue is the pricing.

I went to the American Best Wings at Security Square Mall and got a combo for 10 dollars with fries and a can soda included. At this American Best Wings they charge like 13 dollars for a combo and $1.43 cents for a can soda. So what did I do but go to the dollar store and pay less money for a can soda and it was larger for $1.25 cents. Then I got a bag of chips for a $1.00

Great food but they have to work on the pricing. I know most of these are independently owned. However if they look at their competitors they would do better if they changed their pricing and make sure the orders are correct.

Combos should be $8.00 to $10.00 a plate.

If I'm getting a sandwich versus a sub they should not be the same price.

Example

Sandwich Combos

$8.99 with fries and a can soda or chips and a can soda.

Sub Combos

$9.99 with fries and a can soda or chips and a can soda.

They could do the same with the wings as well.

Also on the TV they have in there should be positive shows What ever is family oriented should be...

Went here for the second time and both times was not great. First time had the wrong order and took forever to get the order fixed. The second time myself and 2 other customers sat there for over 30 minutes waiting for our food while the cashiers disappeared for an extended period of time. After they finally came out they started calling orders from people who came far later than me and the other two customers. Had to approach the counter for a second time to ask for my food and they proceeded to call later numbers. So finally I said I can see my order on the counter, so finally the girl gave me my box but did not give me the cake ordered for my child and walked in the back and disappeared for another 5 minutes only to return and call other orders while the other two customers who ordered when I did were asking for their food and not receiving it. I left without my cake and made the decision that after 50 minutes of waiting that I wouldn’t waste my time anymore. It is a shame because the food it’s self is actually good when there. Come here every once in a while, place is usually clean, with just a minor spill or two near lemonade/tea had someone come out and clean it without saying anything, bathroom is also clean. I usually either get the chicken or cheesesteak combo so I can’t say much about everything else. But the chicken is always fried hard just how I love it and the cheesesteak is decent. It’s nothing special tbh. Once I had gotten the wrong flavor of wings I asked for honey lemon and got lemon pepper it wasn’t a big deal because I like both and I should’ve looked closer when the cashier was showing me my food. Simple mistake not enough to stop coming. The cashiers are good and polite they’re the reason i carry cash again so I can tip when I can. There’s not much to complain about here.
