My boyfriend and I came in for lunch recently, and I was really impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. Even though it was clear the restaurant was a little short-staffed, the employees never let that affect their attitude or the quality of service. Each staff member we interacted with was friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a good visit. That kind of attitude makes such a difference and really stood out to us.
The food itself was excellent. Everything was cooked fresh, exactly the way we ordered it, and served at the perfect temperature. It wasn’t just warm—it was that ideal “fresh out of the kitchen” kind of hot that makes the meal that much more enjoyable. You could tell the staff took the time to prepare things properly rather than rushing, which made the meal feel like it was made with care.
I also want to point out how clean and well-kept the dining area was. A lot of fast-food spots can overlook this, but here you could tell they were staying on top of upkeep and maintenance. The tables were spotless, the floor was tidy, and everything felt welcoming and comfortable. It really added to the overall experience and made us want to sit and enjoy our food instead of rushing out.

It was very clear that the workers had closed up shop early. Even though the lights were on, no one would respond to my husband on the intercom. We drove up to the drive thru window at 10:50. My husband knocked on the window. There was one person in there who wouldn't look at us. It was very clear they had stopped cooking early and cleaned up the whole store well before 11:00. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and the lack of service.

I asked for extra cheddar sauce and extra red ranch sauce on my beef and cheddar sandwiches, but they had NO ranch sauce and all the cheddar was on the wrapper and only one half of the sandwiches.
