Arby's — Restaurant in Maryland

Placed an online order. Iy said go inside and pick up your food but door was locked so I went to the drive-thru. Waited for a long time people were pulling up saying why you waiting so long? There was 5 cars behind me and they ALL lef! I asked why I was taking so long? They said they hadn't received the order. The order didn't come in till a half hour after I placed it? Then I had to wait for my food they said they only had 1 cook. From the time I placed my order to the time I got my food was 45 minutes. When I got home I realized that they had put onions and tomatoes which I ordered without and I'm allergic to. When I called them they asked me if I wanted to come back and I said no because I had waited too long and I was hungry and then they put the manager on and he didn't seem to think it was a problem and he also wanted me to come back but I didn't want to come back that day and then he...

Placed an online order on 5/3 Saturday and went to drive thru to pick up my order and had a horrible experience with the lady named Anna and ended up waiting for 15 minutes at the window to get my food because she lied and thought, assumed and got lazy. I felt bad for people waiting behind me because she wasn't tained properly to work the window. She wouldn't even give me her name and kept telling me it's on the receipt and was told everyone working there were all managers by a different lady working the kitchen when I asked to speak to the manager. I live around the corner and come here often but lately my experience has not been good at all. Regardless of what kind of job it is. Please have your employees go through basic training and basic knowledge working the drive thru. The service is 5 star. They smile, greet, say thank you, and enjoy your meal, and bring it to you fast if you dine in. I read the reviews before posting, and everyone agrees with that. Now, are we just pretending that this place is not in... disrepair? I didn't take pics, because the staff was so nice and the dining room was busy. Nonetheless, the wood railing is cracked, falling off, and missing in some places. The walls are dingy and stained where the wall art was taken down and never replaced. The chairs don't match the booths. The light pendants are newer, but a completely different style.
