Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Maryland

I went there today with my daughters and asked for a refill on a drink the lady gave my 7yr old an attitude told her no. When i went back to ask myself she had the same attitude so i paid for it. But i would not spend my money in here anymore the lady name Brenda was very rude.

Replying to your response i would of accepted your sincere apology up until the refill part. Not only was she rude now also a liar. Its clear that u have cameras u can look and see and count the refills she gave my daughter 1 which my toddler spilled i explained that to her. Now for her to say 3 was already given that’s absolutely a lie..smh now u can search your camera and see for yourself. Also as an employee my self i work with people you just dont give attitudes about a child asking you for a refill even when i went she had an attitude the refill part was not what bothered me because i understand business have policies. Food was horrible! Had two separate orders, one was for a teriyaki salad. I asked the cashier may times if they had it and she said yes but I ended up with a chicken salad and it had nothing I wanted on it. The second order was for a Philly cheese steak, chili cheese fries, and strawberry lemonade. The cheese steak was super chewy that I only had 3 bites before throwing the hole thing out. The fries were under cooked and the chili was unappealing both taste and look wise. My only hope was the lemonade to try and forget the horrible meal I was eating but even the lemonade was horrible. It had frozen soggy strawberries in it and lacked any kind of sweetness to it. If I had to add sugar alone to it then it would have been fine but the strawberries made it undrinkable. When I went to the mall, I they were handing out samples of the chicken California sub and I really liked it so I decided to order it. The lady asked me what toppings I wanted and I told her I wanted it like the sample. What I meant by this was that I wanted the same toppings that were in the sample. She gave me a weird look and started cutting it the way they cut the samples. Initially, I was annoyed by this because I thought it was obvious what I meant by “I want it like the sample”.
