Burger King — Restaurant in Maryland

It's very simple....... the management is very rude. If they make a mistake on the order you already have paid for. Your hard earned dollars in thier register. God forbidden you have to fight traffic just to drive back to that extremely hard place to get into and leave out. And God forbidden you try to call. Only to never get a answer or someone who can respect your concerns. The so called as night manager. Believe named shone. I am sure reading this review she and the same team. Think it is some funny inaccurate review. Bottom line Harford County residents and travelers. Extremely one way. Their way. Make sure if you do visit this location. MAKE SURE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ALL THE FOOD WORKERS ARE WEARING THE PROPER HAIR NETS AND GLOVES HANDLING YOUR FOOD..... FACT ................Hopefully this truth spoken will be appreciated by someone who is experienced in life.. And for the others. Screw you!!!!!!@

So overall I haven’t had any bad experiences here until today. My fiancé went there to get dinner for myself and our family . When she was ordering she could hear the back Lin say “5 burgers are you kidding me ?” And the person ringer her up not only gave her attitude but also was extremely rude with the way he spoke to her. And not to mention he greeted her by saying “are you finally ready?”. This enraged me hearing all this and not one manager stepped up to say anything. I’m a manager myself at a restaurant right down the road from this location and if my boss or myself heard any of our staff talk this way to any customers, they’re be fired on the spot. We won’t be returning and we will be letting everyone we know not to eat at this location. Tell your staff and management to grow up and if you don’t like your job then get a new one . If not suck it up and be kind to customers that literally didn’t do a thing to you...

Stopped in on the run to use restroom and grab a coffee and sandwich . The bathroom was reasonably clean but had no towel dispenser . Many people , especially guys will use the restroom and not wash their hands . The hand dryer system may help the business being maintenance free , no waste basket to empty or towels to refill , but doesn't promote cleanliness in the food prep marketplace . Most people I talk to , and myself , will dry hands on their shirt , rather than wait the extra time for the dryer to work . Keep in mind that the people making and handling your food are using the same restroom . At least provide a towel to grab the doorknob when exiting . I didn't buy anything and went on my way . I don't need anything extra on my food . I'm sure the little sign telling employees to wash their hands is very effective on the teenage kids...
