Italian Sensation — Restaurant in Maryland

Love this place! Whether it's the Baltimore Pizza, my favorite Buffalo chicken pizza or just a plain cheese pizza, they have the best pizza around. Always my go-to place to take my son to eat!! The Fallston location is always my primary location because it's always clean unlike the Bel Air location that does not appear to be as well kept. I've also been to the Perry Hall location many times that is also very clean in appearance. Every time I have gone to the Bel Air location, there always seems to be dirty tables and crumbs/food all over the floor. The last time I was at the Bel Air location, I requested to have the table recleaned and the young employee came from the back area with a dry towel and wiped the three small combined tables off with no cleaning solvent and pushed all of the crumbs all over the floor and seats. Due to the pandemic situation, I almost walked out but my son and I were starving and already ordered, but we did decide that we would not go to the Bel Air location any time soon because of this. But on a positive note, I did pick up a to-go order from the Bel Air location since my last physical visit (closer to closing time) and I did observe them extremely cleaning and sanitizing everything. A recommendation to them is to clean the tables properly with cleaning solvent, and clean the floo as well, on a regular basis all day long in front of the customers so they are aware that things are being cleaned properly throughout the day. Some really fantastic and unique Pizzas! Unfortunately, the service is often abysmal. You often have to wait at the counter for 5 or even 10 minutes to get service, even when the place is almost empty. Managers will make eye contact without so much as a "one second!" or a "I'll be right with you!" instead they go about business and forget you're there until a server notices and takes your order out of pity, feigning astonishment that you haven't been served yet. What's even worse is that when the managers do take the time to talk to you, they are curt, rude, and apathetic. They clearly have no passion or care for what they're doing, which is disheartening because it used to be quite a nice place. More than once, salads have been served to us with brown lettuce. Once again, the pizza is great! But the service really ruins...

It was a spontaneous decision to try this out on a rainy day. I've never been in here before even though I'm going by many times and decided to give it a try, I went in and looked over the menu trying to make a decision by all the good options they had and I started to try a slice of regular cheese pizza and I can say if you are cheese lover wow this is the stuff to get. So I was trying to decide between a sub or some other dish and I decided on their lasagna. Again, if you like cheese this is the dish to try. The Young lady at the cash register before I start my order I asked her many questions and she was happy to answer everything and the food was brought out in about 15 minutes after I ordered. Will definitely go back and check out more options...
