Stay away from this place. I went there ordered a couch. A guy named James help me. Told him I have a 30 inch door and told him what couch I wanted and he said yes it will fit no problem. I asked about delivery he said it is $100 dollars paid separately from the order I said ok thought it was funny that it wasnât included but I was like ok. James said delivery fee is due when the furniture is delivered and I was like ok. Someone came to deliver my furniture and they asked for the delivery fee I said I would give it to them after they bring it in and set up the furniture. The couch did not fit through door so when I said to take it back cause James said it would fit the delivery guy said he needs to be paid for delivery and I said the couch didnât fit Iâm not paying for delivery when it donât fit and I was told it would. The guy called James at the furniture store and said I wouldnât pay for delivery and James didnât know he was on speaker and he told the guy thatâs why I told you to get the delivery fee upfront. James new it wasnât going to fit and was trying to cheat me out of $100 dollars. When I went back to the store he told me I couldnât read i tape measure and it was my fault it didnât fit. I placed my order on May 2nd with the assumption it would take 4-5 weeks. After 5 weeks I still heard nothing so I called them. Another issue I had was the fact that I had to call over and over to even get an answer. Then they told me it would be another week, a week went by no call so I called again. I went through this every week. I wouldâve been a little more comfortable if someone would have at least called me to give me an update but every single time I had to call at least 5 times before getting an answer and the women who typically answers (said her name was Shiela) is extremely rude and lacks customer service skills. Because I forgot to update my account after getting my new bank card, I was charged a late fee, even though I still made the payment the same day. My payment was not late. After speaking with their "customer service", which is a term I use very loosely, they confirmed that yes even though it was still on time, I was charged a "late fee", because their auto payment attempt failed.
