Carini's Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

What happened? When did they start toasting or in my case burning the rolls and calling the cheesesteaks I ordered oven-baked? I should have known then that everything changed and taken a pass. Now there is barely any meat or cheese to speak of. This is NOT the Carinis cheesesteak I have been making special trips to Severna Park or pay ridiculous fees to have a third party delivery to get, since I live out of their delivery area now. Whose idea was it to mess with perfection?! I couldn't possibly be more disappointed. I will be happy to edit my review when they go back to the way they used to make them. I don't know anyone who wants a delicious Carinis cheesesteak on burnt toast (inside and out, they aren't baked subs otherwise the insides of the roll wouldn't be toasted under the sub filling. It changes everything about the sub and not for the better. WHY ruin a perfectly good sub? As for prices they went up and I got less than a third of the steak as before and maybe half a slice of provolone. Damn, I am so disappointed. Our order was the sub combo. 2 cheesesteaks, 2 fries (time to change the cooking oil btw), 2 cans of soda for $27.99. After taxes fees and tip, I paid $42, which would have been fine by me if I received a real Carini's cheesesteak sub. What a damned shame, smh.

The food was okay- good, but nothing to write home about. The reason it got one star was the service. I called to place an order and I am new to the area and started off by asking if they delivered. I was met with a scoff and a “well yeah.” Then they asked for my address so I could place an order. The entire time the male was rude and short. He did not ask for a name, phone number, or even tell me how long it would be till my food arrived. About thirty minutes after I placed the order I realised he hadn’t asked for a number so I called back just to give him my phone number so someone could give me a call when they were outside. I was once again met with a nasty tone and the person saying “it’s going to be another fifteen minutes. It takes 45 minutes.” When I again explained that I just wanted to leave my number so someone could call me I was once again told it would take 15 minutes and I needed to be patient. I was completely irritated at this point and told them fine and gave them my number and hung up. Completely rude and...

I like Carinis pizza. They have more than just pizza,too. When I order, I normally order the buffalo tenders. They are really good sized meals,too. To me, I really like the food that I order. There are some items on the menu that are less than stellar. Like...the burgers are small. They're tasty. But they're small for the price. The pizza is ok. As far as the atmosphere... there really is none. They have two small tables/booths that someone can sit at. I don't recommend dining in because that restaurant is not set up for dine in (in my opinion) and service is decent. If you're just going to pick up. I highly suggest just getting delivery... the delivery service is very fast and its just than ordering Doordash or grubhub. Normally the price point varies. It can go from $6 for a Burger up to $11-$12 for chicken tenders. And pizza probably cost about fifteen dollars for a...
