Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Maryland

I wish this chipotle location would just shut down already and something better moves in! Read the reviews they are all very accurate! Don’t dare use the mobile app! You will be waiting way past your foods ready alert. After the app tells me my order is ready for pick up at 6:50 I stand and wait an additional 35mins for my order that’s ready?? …but it’s not ready??? They also don’t utilize their mobile shelf for pickup to go orders at all!? EVER!?? Or at least since I’ve been going there so you have to wait for someone who works there to acknowledge you. It took me 15 minutes to get the guy to look up at me!? I finally had to loudly say “excuse me!???!!!!” and then I gave him my first and last name to see if my order was ready. So he just looked at me then turned to walk away. I thought ughh?? Ok?? Did he hear me or maybe not understand me?? Like huh??? He walked into the back room where I couldn’t see him …where I’m only assuming they make the to go orders? Kinda odd bc i thought all order were prepared in front of you where everyone can see but whatever 🤷🏻‍♀️ Anyways ..the guy I gave my name to that I thought was checking on my mobile order comes right back out about a minute later and says nothing to me and is goes back to what he was doing at the front while pretending I’m invisible again! Lol like you can’t make this up??!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I just stood there for a minute in disbelief looking at other customers I had been talking to. He was really not going to help me!? Now they are extremely understaffed from what I saw today so I’m sure he’s had the worst day ever but at least communicate? This is a major management issue. If he is the manager I wouldn’t doubt that either bc this place is like a three ring circus! I then sat down for an additional 15 minutes before a nicer man who finally brought my food out to me from the back room. This location just needs all new management so they can better train staff. There are so many reviews on here all pointing out the same issues with this location and still no changes? Why??? What will it take??? I hope this location just gets shut down at this point. Close up and let something else...

We used to order about once per month. The kids love it. I used to be a fan, but two miserable experiences in 2 months have me severing my relationship with Chipotle. Tonight was the last straw. I chalked-up a November experience to an extreme circumstance and when the request from the kids came tonight, I obliged. I visited in November and waited an hour for a carryout order. Tonight I waited one hour 20 minutes for an incomplete order. [If you use the app to order and pay, you're essentially held hostage - they've got your money.] In both cases, the dining room was packed full of customers waiting for orders. They had to discontinue counter service on both occasions since they were so overwhelmed. Apparently, all it takes is for someone to call out for the whole show to collapse. There did not appear to be anyone in charge. Tonight was worse. As I sat in the dining room awaiting my order, a server at the counter informed the customers that they were out of steak, fajita veg, guacamole and chips (about half of what I ordered). A few minutes later, it was "we're out white rice - it's gonna be about 5 minutes." After an hour, I was out of patience and went to the counter. I got my incomplete order with no credit for the missing food - but a resourceful employee hand wrote a coupon for the chips I was shorted. To be fair, I sent a note to customer service for the November debacle and they refunded my purchase. I tried to get to customer service through the website tonight and I got a "404 Not Available" reply. I'm voting...

This is THE WORST CHIPOTLE!!! Literally left here and went to QDOBA where my ordered was fulfilled pleasantly and properly!!

Let’s start by the woman barley speaks English and is rude as hell no hello no welcome just what you want? I ordered a chicken quesadilla and the amount she put in the tortilla wasn’t a full scoop it was not even a hand portion size a baby eats more than what she applied to the tortilla. I said ma’am what is that ?? That’s not even a full scoop do you know how much people pay for your quesadillas?? She just stared at me and passed my tortilla to the next lady for cheese.

The lady put cheese and I said No I don’t want it no more there’s no meat in there it’s just cheese, she then took the used cheese and put it back into the bucket with other cheese and put meat back into the container too not to mention your slider the quesadilla with no paper or anything underneath of it across the counter. HEALTH INSPECTORS NEEDED!!

When I told the two rude Spanish ladies who handled the order that I would be writing a review and posting them on social media they shrugged their shoulders. I work in customer service and the service I got today was pure trash!!! Do better!

You don’t get commission on making small portions of food it’s called lazy employees that don’t want to do their job and make more meat throughout the day! Management needs to do better and hire some workers who care about the establishment and can speak English.
