My family and I went in to order some dinner. They did not have any Fujitas, which my husband asked for. He told the female employee that he no longer wanted the food because they were always missing something no matter what time of day that you come in. The employee immediately got an attitude and threw the rice back into the pan and threw the bowl away. As my daughter and I ordered our bowls, she kept an attitude the entire time and got smart once we asked for extra chicken. With a smart attitude, she replied that "she would charge extra." To which I replied "that's fine, because the bowls were a bit skimpy." She then went on to say that she put more on there then she should have. I didn't reply. However, when I asked for my other items, they were gathered by another female employee with no problems. The first girl returned to help pack the bags but got another attitude when I asked for the second time that my daughters food be packed separately. She was already so upset that she packed them together anyway. Then she began to argue with us when I asked her to stop having an attitude and listen to what I was asking her. Up until this point I was calm. Bit as she began to try to combat everything I was saying while denying her rude behavior towards customers, I then decided not to speak anymore. My husband stepped in and tried to shed some light and she got upset and cursed at him. The manager came out and tried to control her but he could not and she continued on cursing, yelling, and dropping "F" bombs. At this point, my family and I were too frustrated and decided to tell them that we no longer wanted the food and left the store. This was no way for a professional to carry on! This store has had several problems that my family has witnessed in the last two years with poor customer service. Not just the food quality, but also the way the employees act towards customers and themselves. I will not be returning to this store and I would encourage people to visit another store. Keep in mind that 2 years ago I wrote a review for them giving them excellent ratings. But no more. Something has...
Read moreWish I could give 0 Stars ! The horrible experience began with the lack of urgency the chipotle team had at this location. The chipotle employees were having conversations amongst themselves about things other than completing the multitude of tasks associated with chipotle such as listening to customers for orders, completing backed up mobile orders and/or ingredient stocking. It’s continued to get worse when I ordered a salad and the employee told me he did not have anymore salad lettuce but he could get me shredded lettuce if I didn’t mind. I personally hate shredded lettuce in my salad and if I wanted a bowl or burrito I would’ve purchased one. I told the employee that I would wait if I had to for lettuce and he told me that he couldn’t because it takes a long time to get lettuce because they have to wash, cut and sterilize the lettuce. My frustration continued with this chipotle location when the next employee asked me what I would like on my salad. The main ingredient I wanted salad dressing I was told they were all out. This is not the first or second time this has happened at this location. I asked again if they would make some more and was told that it take a while. Another employee had to step up and make it since it’s a simple task. This bothered me since at 9:25 there were multiple employees (not in uniform) cleaning the grill and rice bowls. After receiving my order my frustration was taken to the limit when I noticed the uncleanliness of the establishment. The restaurant that I just ordered food to consume was in disarray and filthy. The condiment station seems like it hasn’t been tended to in ages. Trash cans were overflowing and tables in disarray. This location definitely lacks management focused on the chipotle customer experience. As a chipotle customer I expect a clean atmosphere with fresh food and exceptional customer service. I am not sure if I will patronize chipotle again or just...
Read moreWhen I first came to the area, this location was good. Fast service, never an issue with online orders, and friendly staff. Now, I actively avoid this location. As COVID has gone on, they've gone from no online orders to online orders only almost sporadically. More than once my order has been wrong in some way. Twice now, after placing an order through the app, I've had to wait over an hour past the time my order was supposed to be done. The second time, it took almost 2 hours and was because apparently they needed 30 minutes to make more rice to fulfill orders, only to not only run out of rice again but also guac, which I ordered. And many of the tickets didn't print, so I had to wait in a long line of understandably angry customers so they could pull my order and make it. This resulted in people who placed an order long after me to get theirs first. I would've gotten a refund and went to a different location, but I'd have to go to the corporate website and request a refund since I ordered through the app and I wanted to avoid this headache. Didn't matter in the end because I still had to file for a refund when they ran out of the guac I ordered.
Overall, I'd say skip this location for sure if you order online (as of writing this they're only doing online ordering anyway). There's a chance you'll either wait forever to et your order, or it'll be made wrong anyway. Only go here if you will order onsite, that way you can see them make it to make sure it's made correctly. And if the wait is too long you can save time and go somewhere else. As for me, I won't be ordering from this location ever again,...
