I m a father of three kids I dedicated my life just to making happy in my way i taking em every where I can and the only thing that makes me upset is with people do anything to my kids , I had been in the industry over 15 years fine Italian dinning believe me I know what good service is about , so these is directly to the owners : your general manager is unprofessional as arrogant in his job , i waited over 15 minutes at the entrance trying to get my coupons ready so my kids were able to play the lady at the door was amazing try everything she could until she wasn’t able so she call him, he first came to chi chat with some ladies and after his own coworker call him again he decided to help , they try at least for another 7 8 minutes ( 25 to 30 minutes waiting) they could do it but then yhe lady after the waiting she offered me a one time 1hour to play so I ran to get the card from my child when I came to the register he play it like the lady make a mistake and told me I was good 👍 like I m an imbecile and I didn’t hear what the lady told so i encountered I said I just ran to get these card and so stop her to do it now I got enough money to pay for whatever i want for kids but after she offered and the waiting it was just ok to me so the worst part was with I told him that was wrong and that I was gonna put a bad review he s answer said “i doesn’t matter to me I m the best “ I got news for you ! Read moreEven though my child loved it there. As a parent I could not stand it. I went early in the morning that was great. But the only thing is that prices keep going up inch by inch. I could not put my things down at a table it was mandatory for me to buy food in order to use the table. I have never heard of that ever, and they strictly enforce it on the weekends. But nobody was in there except for a handful of people my son and myself. I was very upset that I had to buy $20 worth of food and that was just the sampler which was not good, it took an hour to come out, and there was hair on my bread stick. During the game playing some games were out of order and instead of having paper over them indicating that they are out of order they took my tokens and it feels like every 20 minutes I had to go back to the front desk and have them reload the card for points because the game would not play. On another instance the game completely stopped oh, my son and I were playing Space Invaders and it would not allow us to play another round I tried it twice and it still took four points. It cost two points per game and I scanned it twice. Around 11:30 that's when the unruly people come in. I don't want to call them ghetto but I just want to call them the parents who let their children do anything. It clearly says on the games do not climb and they were climbing. Read moreI have gone twice this year. Once in July in the morning on a Friday. And then once in December in the afternoon on a Saturday. During my first visit there were not many birthday parties occurring so if you are able, you may consider having your child's birthday party in the morning during the week.
During my second visit, there were many people there celebrating birthdays. On this day there were adults that got into a fight. (My assumption is that it was custody or family drama.) I believe that the incident on this day could have been avoided if they had more staff on hand and visible. While there we encountered a few machines that had either technical issues or that were out of tickets. If there were staff dedicated to sweeping the room and examining machines, then they would have been able to see any escalation before an incident occurs.
I'm not saying this is something to expect at this location. I'm not complaining either, just want to make sure that the experience was known but that there are ways to improve.
