Danny's Sub Shop — Restaurant in Maryland

I’m going to give 1 star for dishonesty of the delivery driver or maybe he thought I was dumb food total with delivery fee was $73 Family of 5 mind you they charge i believe $4 delivery fee could be $3 that was included in my total. I live less than a 5 min drive from the shop I believe it’s 2 mins however after work I’m exhausted so I opt in for delivery on days when I just need to lay down. I gave the driver a $100 bill he gave me $20 and walked away I say hey how much was the food he says $73 …..I say so how do I only get $20 he reaches in his other pocket and gives me the remaining change of $7 out a stack of dollar bills .Im big on honesty you basically was trying to take my money I guess he thought I can’t count which is sad……. I literally always Tip! I always come here and do big orders like this and the fact you deliberately tried to steal from me is disgusting. I don’t appreciate this give me the opportunity to give you what I want you to have! I live 0.4 miles away from the place!And I’m a frequent shopper at least once a month bare minimum. I would have gave a 5, but they have no loyalty. Well respect for loyal customers. The food is normally good so I cant complain on that end. But I have been coming here for over 8 years maybe more. Me an my kids stop in an grab food an beverages here 2-3 times a week. So our face should be considered as a regular customer. Nope I went in we spoke smiled and laughed. An she still gave me the 3 smallest pieces of hard chicken she could find and a half of box of rice. When I say like hey what is this she is now nochalant an dismissive. You dont serve your regulars scrapes an just strug it off. Not where I come from. I came home uneasy. I wanted to say give me my money back an take this ripe off meal you sold me. But I just decided it was what I get for treating myself to eat out when I have food at home. But I will not spend anymore money at this place. And told my kids dont ask for Dannys no more. The food is good, however when ordering make sure they read your order back to you. Many times they delivered something totally different from what I ordered. And when you call and tell them they will try and argue you down. One time the lady said she has a recording of what I ordered. She asked me did I want to hear it, and I said yes. Than all of a sudden she can't play it.. I work in customer service and let's just say customer service is not something...
