Placed an online order today, and I expected to have some longer delivery times, but today was ridiculous. First about to 45 minutes after my order had been made it went out for delivery which is fairly standard. 5 minutes later it said that my order had arrived, which was not the case. I waited about 10 minutes or so and called the store. The associate I believe her name was Abigail told me she made a mistake in the order system and that the driver should arrive in a few minutes. I hung up, waited for another 30 minutes. At this point it had been an hour and a half since I had placed my order. Still no sign of the driver or my food. Once again I called the store and Abigail answered. I was informed that there was a 2 hour delivery time, and they only had one driver who was currently out with 6 deliveries. Abigail failed to mention this when I had called the first time. She also never called me to inform me of this after I had placed the order. My food arrived almost 2 hours after my order had been placed, my oven baked sandwich was luke warm at best, my boneless wings were cold. I do not blame the driver, it isnt her fault its a busy day and they are understaffed. However Abigail, which I can only assume is the manager on duty, needs some instruction in customer service. You don't wait until the customer calls in irate to inform them of the 2 hour delivery time. Had I been informed I would not have called in irate in the first place. This will be the last order I place here. Judging by the other reviews here I see that this isn't just a holiday scheduling issue or a one time thing. This seems to happen frequently. That being said I think either the corporate office or franchise owner needs to do something about this location. It obviously needs a re evaluation...
Read moreThis rating is based upon your delivery driver that is a white woman, somewhere in her 30's with blonde hair felt entitled to comment on a neighbor that is hard working. She asked if they lived at my residence. Um, that wasn't her place and being a delivery person she has probably witnessed all types of things. My dog started to bark and I was a bit scatterbrained, so that's actually what caused me to place my attention elsewhere. I quickly said, "they live in the building" She made a comment about a song they were playing. Once again, wasn't her place.
I decided to post this because of the harm your driver can cause due to her not liking a person's choice in music. Has she not heard music played while delivering? We've all seen when these women feel entitled to question people and call the authorities.
I'm seriously trying to figure out why she felt compelled to ask me that? My neighbor or their music wasn't a threat. Would she like to trend with a catchy name? Does Delivery Diane sound nice? Her question was very dangerous and problematic.
*My neighbor is a very polite civilized human being and when I peeked out I couldn't hear any music from their phone.
Idk, maybe she should deliver to areas where they damage people's property due to the hue of their skin. Civilized, right? That really happened to a person I know. Unless there is cause for alarm the only thing she needs to do is her job of delivering pizza.

Read more-I’d put zero stars if that was possible smh.A total disappointment.Made an order at 10:58 but there was something wrong with my phone number.So i called them to make sure that there was no any confusion and everything was cleared up.The lady at the register even confirmed that my order was still in the store.Waited for like forever and then they called me back at 1:05 saying that there was a problem with my address and that i should go and pick it up in the store “for security purposes “.This is neither the first nor the second time that this is happening 🤦♂️,only problem is me because i keep hoping that maybe they’ll change and i keep giving them second chances.Worst part of it is while i was talking to the delivery person to complain about my order she hanged up on me after putting me on hold for 5minutes plus when i asked to talk to the manager if the store.Please don’t waste your time ordering.You won’t get your order and the customer service isn’t even pleasant,can you atleast do good in one area smh.
